Hello there! Are you thinking about removing a wall and are not sure if it’s load-bearing? Do you want to remove a wall to open up space? Want to cut-in another window or door opening? Concerned about settlement in your house or surrounding features or cracks in foundations? Need to build a retaining wall? House sustained damage and you are asked for an evaluation from the engineer by insurance? Have a full-blown remodel in mind and need to make sure that structural modifications are done correctly? Or are you thinking about an addition to your home or a brand new construction? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions above (or similar ones), please, feel free to give me a call and we can discuss your needs, schedule an inspection and/or work out a structural design package for your job, as required by cities and counties. Many of these efforts typically call for architectural services, as well, which I would be happy to recommend for you. I look forward to speaking with you!

Structural engineering services for the Greater Seattle area. Services include structural inspections and evaluations, as well as stamped plans (PE license in Washington State) and calculations for permits for new construction, remodels, ADUs, etc.

Services we don't offer

We do not currently provide architectural or civil design, but have a pool of consultants that we can recommend and routinely partner with.
