Licensed low voltage electrical contractor Serving King and Snohomish Counties since 1970 Contractor Registration: NEESOEL953LT Our company was established in 1970 as Neeson Electrical Specialty, Inc. The company offered a variety of low-voltage, specialty, electrical services. With the founder Dick Neeson's retirement in January 2004, Marty Granberg, who had been an employee of Neeson Electrical Specialty for over 20 years, took over the helm. Since 2004, Marty and his family have owned and operated the business. Although we continue to offer the same range of low-voltage services, the company now operates as Neeson Electric, LLC.

Technician was highly experienced, very professional, and quite friendly; took time to explain to me what needed doing and why; worked efficiently but with no feeling of rushing on to the next job; and priced his parts and labor extremely fair. I will call him again for my next annual maintenance!
Description of Work: Performed annual maintenance check-up on our 47+ year old WESCO forced air electric furnace, inclduing replacing melted/burnt wires and shutoff switch, and installed a new Honeywell thermostat.
