I am super happy with McCarthy pricing and the service from the electrician. Contrary to other contractors who provided estimates to me, McCarthy didn’t attempt to exaggerate the scope of the problem, didn’t attempt to up sell unnecessary upgrades, McCarthy gave me a reasonable flat rate fee. The technician (Avery) showed up on time, did the diagnosis, and quickly fixed the problem. 100% recommend McCarthy.

Had a problem come up on a Friday and was able to arrange for an electrician to come out on Sunday morning to take a look. He arrived promptly and got the situation fixed quickly, much to my relief!

Above & beyond performance on new electric panel. A problem occurred the next day which caused 3 blackouts within 30 minutes; I called my Client Rep & the office, who promised an electrician that same morning. Well, the electrician - my Client Rep - was at my home within the hour after a 40-minute drive! Yes, he did fix the problem and it has been fine since. Also, the electrician team installed new lights in previously dark rooms (2-story garage, master bedroom, breakfast nook, AND heirloom chandeliers in a two-story ceiling! They even checked the wiring on the chandeliers! They fixed a non-working heat register and replaced a switch on the disposal. Their level of customer service is phenomenal and they have my business for good!: McCarthy Electric has earned my 5-star rating.

Our home had inadequate electric service. McCarthy Electric provided a bid to install 200 amp service to support our growing needs. My interactions with their team has been the most satisfying experience I have had with a service provider. The service was upgraded per the bid with no drama, in a timely fashion. I was kept informed of important developments in a courteous and professional manner. I will be a return customer for any future electrical needs.

We didn't have working lights in a favorite room. McCarthy Electric were able to come out that day, troubleshoot the issue and fix the problem at the quoted price. The electrician was polite, respectful and competent. We will call them first if electricians are needed in our future.

The electrician, Preston (& asst. Alfonzo) diagnosed a whole house fan timer wiring problem, and fixed it! The timer has been working perfectly ever since. They were prompt, efficient and very reasonably priced. In the future, I will hire them for electrical work.

The electrical outlets on one side of my house plus my gas fireplace switch didn't work. They figured out the issue and fixed it pretty fast.
