On time, professional, great quality work. I thought my wood floors needed to be replaced. Goss Flooring made them look brand new while weaving in new floor into my kitchen! I highly recommend Goss Flooring!

We had a very good experience with Goss floors replacing the hardwood on our entire entry floor. Jim was very kind and attentive, explaining the options and providing samples for us to choose from as we are not experienced with hardwood floors. During the installation Jim and John made an effort to keep everything as clean and undisturbed as possible and held up the schedule as agreed. The house now looks beautiful. I would cordially recommend Goss floors.

Jim's team was a small team of fantastic, neat, respectful experts. Their bid was not the lowest cost, but their quick turn around and expertise made it the best deal, hands down. They know how to do a job very well. Just hire them. You won't regret it.

Jim was truly amazing. He did everything he was asked to do and did so in a timely and professional manner. Every day before he left he made sure all was clean. He replaced carpeting with white oak to match what wood was already in the house and tied it in so you could not tell what was new and what already existed. He worked with us on the stain and it turned out to be perfect. The person he had helping him was also very good and professional. I highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again.

Chose Jim to refinish our 100 year old fir floors and we could not be happier with his work. After many estimates we chose Goss Floors based on his years of experience and his obvious knowledge of older wood floors. Jim's attention to detail was amazing. Our job had some issue due to the age of the floors and he worked very hard to give us the best possible outcome. Jim is a super nice guy and we actually really enjoyed having him here- a huge plus when you have a big job like ours that takes a bit of time. I hired him for new wood flooring added to existing oak flooring plus new trim in entire house. All work was done to a high level of craftsmanship. I would highly recommend him and in fact already have. He is very personable, dependable and professional.

We flipped a house that required an area of carpet to be replaced with wood and tied into two different areas of existing wood. On top of that the existing wood was extremely cupped due to the lack of heat in a foreclosed house and when they were done you couldn't tell what was new and what wasn't. I'm very picky and his work left me extremely happy and would recommend him to anyone.

Jim is extremely personable and fair. He does exactly what he says he will do and is extremely conscientious. His work is amazing and cleans up after his job is complete. He went beyond the call of duty covering everything in plastic and his dustproof system does what he said it would do. Very little clean up required. I would highly recommend Jim Goss

Jim was awesome (or even RAD!) from start to finish. He was very good at communicating and patient with us as we learned what it was that we really wanted for a "look" for our floor. He worked with our limited time schedule and even reinstalled our appliances. We love our floor and are so happy that we found Goss Flooring through Home Advisor!

We are extremely pleased with the work performed. Jim replaced some damaged wood, sanded and finished the floor. The patched wood matches the rest of the floor perfectly. Communication throughout the project was also excellent. I would highly recommend Jim.
