Jim, Mark and Brian did a great job refinishing our oak hardwood floor. Floors look better then when first put in! On time and professional!

From start to finish Jim was on top of our entire down-stairs floor refinishing project. He made suggestions that saved us time and money. The Goss crew sent to our home were pleasant and exceptionally professional. The finished floors (3/4 inch Oak, natural finish) are gorgeous! Also, their prices were very competitive in the pool of 4 bids we obtained. If only all contractors we have hired over the years were as easy to work with and competent as this company! Very pleased!

Jim Goss was great to work with. He really knows wood floors! His crew worked hard and carefully, showing up when they said they would and completing the job on time. We were moving into a 100 year old house with original fir floors that had been under years of disintegrated carpet padding. We needed them to finish the job before moving in and they did everything they could, even staying very late into the night, to complete the work for us on time. Not only did they refinish the floors, they also feathered in new boards where there was a large plywood patch and to cover holes from radiators that had been moved a few times. When the stain on the new boards didn't match the stain on the old flooring, Jim came out himself and hand tinted the repaired sections so they would match. We will definitely be calling Jim again when it's time to refinish the living and dining room floors!

Jim Goss and his team were exceptional. We called Jim after starting a flooring project and reaching a point where we no longer felt comfortable doing it ourselves. We'd pulled up carpet, pieced in missing oak floor boards, sanded to the best of our ability from YouTube and Home Depot research and then... called Jim. We gathered quotes from several flooring companies and Jim's rates were reasonable. Jim and his team got the job done more quickly than the original quote and worked with us to make it affordable. Being that I am expecting, Jim suggested options that were safest for the baby and me. The floors are gorgeous and it was a pleasure to work with Jim and his team. Jim's team re-sanded meticulously, matched the stain in the rest of our upstairs living space beautifully and sealed the floors to near-perfection. The crew were friendly, clean, thorough and clearly experienced in their field of work. There is one corner where the seal (I think the seal...) left a few quarter-sized drops that protrude slightly from the floor, but we didn't even notice for a few months. That is our single complaint through the whole experience. Jim and his team are absolutely fantastic and we plan to call them again for future flooring projects. Thank you Jim and team!

Jim Goss was pleasant and easy to work with. He and his crew started and finished on time and responded promptly to any questions. They moved the stove and refrigerator to finish those parts of the floor and put them back without any problems. We would recommend Jim and his crew highly and would use him again in the future.

Jim, Brian and Sean were great. They did the work in the time they stayed and were reasonably priced. Very nice folks and the craftsmanship was great. I’ll use them again and I’d recommend them to anyone. Truly a professional organization.

The guys sanded an area so that I could test a couple of finishes on the raw red oak wood. They moved the appliances and clean the work area thoroughly. The floors look great! I would definitely use this company again.

Very professional from initial meeting to final touches. Company is family owned and most of the workers have been with them for more than 20 years. We had a new wood floor added to existing hardwood floors (aged), and the new finish nearly perfectly matched the existing floor finish, even with years of aging. Very clean throughout the process. Punctual each and every day. They work hard. Would recommend them highly. Jim Goss stands behind his work and workers.
