Jim Goss & his crew installed new hardwood floors in our home and laced in the new to the old so perfectly no one can tell where the old left off & the new began. Our job included removing the old vinyl floors & under flooring & cutting in close to existing cabinets. He did an excellent job. We selected a custom stain to coordinate with a floor in our office & it was matched perfectly. We changed the color of our existing hardwood floor and had it refinished. We also had the original douglas fir flooring in our kitchen and hallway finished to match the hardwood. I was somewhat skeptical as to how the douglas fir would turn out as it had old stain, and crusted on linseed oil and glue from the original linoleum (1930's house) floor all over it. However Jim and his team did a fantastic job. The color match was terrific and both the hardwood and fir flooring look amazing. Jim explained the whole process, helped with color choice and was great to work with.

Jim is a really great guy and did a fantastic job on our floor!. We had water damage on our oak floors due to dishwasher leak. What a mess! Jim was calm and walked me through the whole process. He was able to accommodate our time frame which was really important to me since we were also working with the insurance company. And our floors look amazing. I had to smile to myself when a company came back into our home to put our cabinets back in and they commented on how good the floors turned out. Way to go Jim!

great job, Part of the job was adding flooring and part was refinishing. Both areas look just alike. Very happy with the results.

Jim and his team were awesome. I still cant believe how good my floors look. They refinished my old floors and we had the hardwood extended to the family room, such a beautiful job. They finished in 4 days just as was promised. I would highly recommend them.

Jim and team are so pro! they keep you informed all the way through the project and they deliver on the plan! We would count the team to arrive on time, and they actually got ahead of the schedule which was totally awesome. Jim also made customer color for us, which we were super pleased with!

My experience with Jim and his crew could not have been better. He did fantastic work - making my 19 year old hardwood floors look like new. He also did some beautiful carpentry work, building 3 new stairs and a landing for my entry. There was a small area on one of the stairs that I would never have noticed that he pointed out and said he wasn't happy with. I would have been totally fine and never even noticed the area if he had not mentioned it, but he came back the next day and fixed it. He is a perfectionist and his work is beautiful. I look forward to hiring Jim for future projects.

Jim was courteous and friendly, he worked hard and did what he said he would do and in a timely manner. He was good about returning calls and answering questions. He kept us informed as to how the job was progressing. We thought his pricing was reasonable and the work was excellent. Everything was left very clean. Our floors look great. It was a pleasure working with Jim and his crew and I would definitely hire him again.

Jim did a fabulous job. His prices are very fair for top quality work. He has great follow up and has even come back out and taken care of little issues caused by other contractors. He's a sweetheart!

Jim contacted us quickly and worked with our schedule by working over LABOR DAY WEEEKEND! The floors looked amazing after they were finished and the dust free system really works well. Jim responded immediately and made an appointment with us. He repaired our floor today. He was efficient and did an excellent job. We needed to add flooring for a corner cabinet due to remodeling our kitchen. The older corner was a diagonal front and our new cabinet is 90 degrees. Thank you Jim.

Jimmy and his worker did a excellent job repairing water damaged hardwood floor in our kitchen.He then sanded the whole floor and restained with 3 coats of Swedish finish.Work was flawless and i would reccommend Jim to do floors for me in the future
