The estimating and order process went smoothly. When the patio doors arrived the screens were not included, so re-order was necessary with the screens arriving ten days late. The installation went really well with all caulking and trim very well installed. However, the door locking latches were not properly installed in the door frames. The screws were too short, securing the latches only to the door vinyl frame and not through to the wood jamb. The installers should have caught this during the door installation by adding additional wood to the door jamb. So I am now left with finding much longer #8 screws. This is a big deal that the latch assemblies be secured to the wood jamb, otherwise breaking and entering is much easier.

Lund glass was professional, prompt and helpful. They did all the necessary paperwork for the PUF rebate. The installers were here on the coldest day in several years. I unearthed cocoa to give them as I felt sorry for them working in single digit temps. They were on time and finished everything in one day.

When we ordered the door, they came and installed the door. They had a pleasant attitude. They came when they said they would. They were honest. Their prices were fair. We didn't use another company because they sent us a snarky email telling us what we described for them like the door had to be replaced. It was a long, snarky and arrogant email. We contacted Glass By Lund that our son had used. They came out and they looked at the door. We were afraid what if they won't be happy to be replaced. They guy who came out confirmed that. We wanted somebody who knew what they were doing to look at it and not by email telling us to replace the door. The whole thing was so expensive because the door was expensive; but the labor was fair. The price was certainly what I would have expected to pay. The work was absolutely outstanding. It was a top quality work. We had to have some windows to be replaced as the sills have been broken, so we would call them.

They arrived on time and finished the install that day. They left the outside and inside of the house clean. The windows look great. The tenants are very happy with them. I'll have them come out and replace the other windows as soon as I can budget it.

Two windows replaced. Company delivered windows two weeks before installation so that I could stain and finish interior wood and paint outside wood of windows. Workers arrived on time and windows were installed within 90 minutes. Windows work better that orginal and look good. Very good service and good prices from this company.

The sales people started our experience off on a positive note. Giving us one on one care with the selection of the right mirrors and glass for our home. The installers came out in a team. They were very thorough and quick. They were polite and helpful from start to finish.

Not having replaced home windows before I thought it was a fairly simple job. But, there is more to it than that. Ask lots of questions prior to work so you know exactly what to expect.

OVERALL, WE ARE HAPPY WITH OUR NEW SHOWER STALL. BUT IT DID TAKE A BIT OF WORK TO GET TO THIS POINT. THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOOD ABOUT RETURNING PHONE CALLS. I HAD TO CALL THEM NUMEROUS TIMES TO EVEN SCHEDULE THE JOB AND ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS I LEFT MESSAGES AND WAS NEVER CALLED BACK. ALSO, WHEN THE OLD SHOWER STALL WAS BEING REMOVED, THEY ACCIDENTALLY PULLED UP EXISTING TILE ON OUR BATH TUB. WE HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE, BUT GLASS BY LUND DID REIMBURSE US FOR THIS COST. WITH THAT SAID, WE ARE NOW VERY HAPPY WITH OUR NEW SHOWER STALL. IT WAS INSTALLED PROPERLY AND LOOKS AND WORKS GREAT. THEY ARE ALSO VERY COMPETITIVELY PRICED.

GLASS BY LUND IS AN ESTABLISHED HOMETOWN BUSINESS IN LAKE STEVENS. I HAVE NEVER HAD OTHER WORK DONE BY THEM, BUT WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WILLINGNESS TO GET THIS JOB DONE QUICKLY AS WE NEEDED IT DONE.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND SENSITIVE TO OUR TIME-LINE WHEN WE ORDERED THE WINDOWS. THE TOTAL TIME IT TOOK FROM ESTIMATE TO INSTALLATION WAS ABOUT ONE WEEK. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED.
