I contacted Angi looking for an architect to design a stairwell to internally access my basement. To my good fortune, I was soon contacted by Aaron, Exquisite Homes & Design. He initially "surveyed" the property and then presented me with several potential solutions, explaining the pros and cons of each. After choosing the best plan, Aaron physically walked me through the affected area enabling me to visualize the finished project. Aaron was responsive to and quickly answered all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Exquisite Homes and Design for all your construction design needs

Aaron and his team did a FANTASTIC Job with my kitchen remodel. He also did quite a few other jobs for my home as well (fixing my sump pumps, dry walling my garage, painting the interior, and more). Aaron has helped us design a remodel for our kitchen, living room, and dining room. He walked us through the design phase and worked with the county to get the plans approved. He is efficient, professional and very easy to work with. We are looking forward to the remodel this spring!

Amazing. Aaron is an absolute professional who knows his stuff. Aaron was out to the house within a week of first contact and was working to make sure the finished product was what I (and the wife) were hoping for. He carried the baton, working with the engineer and the city to get my project ready to go.

We worked with Aaron Eckert from initial consultation all the way to the end of the project. Aaron maintained the utmost level of professionalism during all interactions, showed up on time, and maintained consistent communication whenever questions or concerns arose. Exquisite Homes prepared all necessary documentation and submitted it directly to Snohomish County Planning & Development Services on our behalf once the build of the deck was completed by our 3rd party contractor (not affiliated with Exquisite Homes). When our original contractor did not fulfill their end of the contract of fixing deficiencies the county came back with, we hired Aaron’s team to help. Again, he and his team were very professional and trustworthy through the entire process. Exquisite Homes was able to fix the deck deficiencies in a timely matter and the end product was of solid quality and craftsmanship. Additionally, their work passed a final Snohomish County building inspection in August of 2020. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of Exquisite Homes LLC's drafing and engineering services and also impressed with their construction services to fix our deck up to meet code requirements. I would highly recommend them to others.

Aaron worked with us to draw to architectural plans and engineering plans for our existing decks. He submitted the plans to Snohomish county for us to start the permitting process and he would check in every week until the permit was issued. Very professional work and a pleasure to work with.

I am in the process of hiring them again. They are really good.
