Description of Work: I called someone else who complete the emergency tank pumping. They suggested Evergreen. Who said they could come later that day. The called later to say they could come earlier. He was ontime, explained the charges, the possible added costs and started right away, stretching hoses down my steep driveway. He finished sooner than he planned with no added costs, offered advice for the future.

Description of Work: Driver initially called indicating he would be there early. But actually came ~30 min later than he indicated. Was courteous professional and cost what they said on the phone. I have no idea if the price is competitive or not though. Seemed reasonable though. He also didn't provide services which weren't needed and told me why which I liked.

+ -1 moreFirst, Evergreen would only give me an appointment for the morning or afternoon, nothing more specific than that. They did not show up until very late into the time quoted. Then it was only ''pumpers'' that showed up. They had no idea what was wrong, so they would have to send a tech out the next day. They pumped the tank for $300. The tech came out the next day without proper tools. They can't really figure out what is wrong but suggests flushing laterals. That was another $200. The alarm was still ringing. I finally examined it myself and figured out the wires to the pump are bad (why wasn't that checked on day 1?). Evergreen came out a third time and charged $800 to replace the pump. I will say that the tech was friendly. But I spent an extra $500 for a problem that was never diagnosed correctly, until I did it myself. It was very frustrating.
Description of Work: The septic alarm went off. I had Evergreen come out to diagnose the problem.

+ -1 moreIt was a little pricey, but it was worth it. The man that did it was very efficient. Their big truck dropped a pool of oil on our driveway.
Description of Work: Evergreen came and they said that we had two holding tanks. Another company came out and just cleaned the one. They cleaned out the other one, including all the stuff that was impacted.

Description of Work: Our septic tank was backing up and overflowing. They came out same day and pumped our septic. Turns out that our pump may be bad - they scheduled someone to come out tomorrow to get that fixed. The technician was really nice and thoughtful. He had to back his truck over our front lawn, and he even offered to rake the grass so the tire tracks were eliminated.

Description of Work: Kingsgate was very knowledgeable on what was going on with our septic tanks. Although a "not very pleasant job", they seemed to take a lot of pride in what they do.

+ -1 moreTHE YOUNG MAN WAS VERY NICE AND POLITE. HE FILLED OUT THE REALTOR'S PAPERS WHICH WAS BEYOND JUST A ROUTINE PUMPING. WE HAVE USED EVERGREEN SANITATION BEFORE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED.
Description of Work: THEY INSPECTED MY SEPTIC TANK BEFORE I SOLD MY HOUSE. THEY DUG DOWN, CHECKED THE DRAIN FIELDS, VALVES, ETC. THEN THEY PUMPED THE SEPTIC TANK AND FILLED OUT PAPERS TO PRESENT TO THE REALTOR AND BUYERS.

THE SERVICE PROVIDER GAVE ME LOTS OF INFORMATION ABOUT PROPER SEPTIC TANK CARE AND MAINTENANCE. WE DECIDED TO INSTALL A FILTER TO PREVENT SOLIDS FROM DAMAGING OUR SEPTIC FIELD. THE FILTER HAD TO BE ORDERED, BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL IT THE NEXT DAY. ONE TIP THEY GAVE ME WAS THAT MONDAY IS USUALLY A SLOW DAY, SO FOR QUICK SERVICE TRY CALLING ON MONDAY. OVERALL GREAT SERVICE.
