Our experience with Calvin has been fantastic. We recently moved to the Seattle area and needed to add a kitchen to an apartment in our daughter's home. We worked with four different contractors on smaller jobs hoping to find someone we trusted for this large project. What a nightmare they all were. I decided to contact Calvin since he lived close by and his reviews were good. We couldn't be happier. Calvin has been responsive, professional, friendly, and he does gorgeous, careful work. He gives me suggestions, but doesn't ever impose his ideas on me. He has been extremely patient as I've made changes to the plan or added details that weren't previously discussed. I trust him completely with our home -- his integrity is obvious. We live in an old home with our daughter and plan to use Calvin for many years to come.

Awesome. Calvin take great pride in every task he performs. I can't believe the wide range of skills he has in his arsenal. Repairing the floor in my shed, fixing/regrouting the slate in my outdoor kitchen, replacing weatherstripping on the bottom of a problem door, drywall repair, the list goes on and on. And every thing on the list was done perfectly.

Excellent. Delightful to work with, efficient and professional. We will keep using him.

The owner was responsive, did quality work and has good pricing. I'd say the quality, customer service and the price is what I like.

Very well; and we will call on him again for future projects. He came prepared with the proper material for the job, went to work and completed in less time than bid. He left the project in ready to use condition allowing for the curing. Price was more than fair.

This is the third or fourth time we've used Handyman, Everett. Again, they provided us an accurate estimate and did a great job. Thanks, Karl and Rodger. We have another appointment with them this coming week.

We got as far as estimating. Initial contact, meeting and estimating were great. I look forward to starting up again shortly.

We had them install overhead storage racks in the garage. Work was done well and in a reasonable amount of time. They charge by the hour rather than the job

Took a little while for them to get to it, but nice work and done on budget.

It did NOT go. No response to my e-mail. I also left my phone number. Once again, why are these contractors even advertising on Angie's List if they have enough business already? Don't they realize how inconvenient and irritating it is to wait for someone to call back or e-mail?

This fence, with a gate,?was built to corral our dogs while we are gone during the day / night. It is more or less a dog run. Calvin was ON TIME, did EXACTLY what he said he would do, and was honest and fair. I only rated a B on price, because I am basing that ?from past experience on fences. HOWEVER, i have no idea what a hog wire fence should or shouldn't cost. I am very happy with Calvin, and would hire him again in a heartbeat. Thank you !!!

He not only got back to me quickly he was able to get out to the house that day! My tenants were impressed with his professionalism. He took lots of pictures that he emailed to us and made us aware of some other issues we had that we need to take action on. He suggested we bring in a professional for problems we were not aware we had. So glad we used him and will definitely use him again and would recommend to someone looking for a good handyman.

He wasn't keen on doing the work but did say he would provide an estimate. I have yet to see the estimate from him.

Calvin was awesome to work with, we needed a quality job on short notice and he came through for us so we could get our house on the market to sell. He had great suggestions and helped us stay within our budget. If you want an honest and quality driven handyman, i would recommend that you call Calvin, i know we will with all of our future needs.

Everett Handyman Service took care of our "honey-do" list in short order. Calvin is prompt, professional, and courteous. He came when he said he would and completed the work efficiently and expertly. The cost was more than reasonable and we would not hesitate to contact him when the next list gets long enough.

We really enjoy working with Calvin, he is very personable and knowledgeable. He helped us select the closest color match so the new caulk will blend with the existing paint color, since we are not painting the house immediately. He fixed the vent boots first and came out a second time to complete the caulking project, as there was a couple of weeks lead time required to order the color we needed. Overall, we are pleased with the work and we will use him again in the future.

Calvin was able to schedule us quickly which was key as we needed the baby gates up ASAP! He was super nice and pricing was really fair! He went the extra mile to source materials we needed but didn't have and really went above and beyond in general getting our big list of things done. We will definitely be using him in the future and I would recommend him without hesitation!

Calvin was very professional and polite. He is old school which my husband likes. It takes a lot to impress my husband and Calvin nailed it. He came out to give me a bid and My dog was so comfortable with him she actually fell asleep. We booked him right away, he came out did the job and was less then his bid so that is what we paid. I would recommend him to anyone and would hire him again for future jobs

We recently had our neglected and weather-beaten backyard deck refinished by Everett Handyman Service and are very pleased with the results. The work involved stripping, cleaning, sanding and weather-proof staining of the main deck, a landing, stairs and railings. Calvin replaced a splitting 4x4 post and secured some warped boards to level off the deck. Although it wasn?t a large deck, it received the same process and attention to detail that a larger project would. The deck needed several days to dry out after stripping and cleaning before the remaining work could be done, meanwhile it rained a bit during the days in between. But as soon as he could, Calvin zeroed in to finish the job. Calvin has both the skill and integrity we were looking for from a professional. He is very good to work with and we highly recommend him!

I was very pleased with Calvin's work. He was prompt, efficient, meticulous, and extremely hard working. His estimates were reasonable and the actual charges were even less. Will be hiring him again..
