Description of Work: One year ago, this month, we had a skylight blow off, causing severe damage to the attic and bathroom below. A year later we have a leak up in the roof, flowing down thru a newly installed fan(last year) possibly at the replaced skylight. When the various people showed up to assess damage, they found that the newly installed fan piping was not hooked up and was missing a section which would have connected it to the outside vent. In addition, insulation which should have been installed looked like it was piled up and not properly placed. We trusted in a quality job and altho everyone seemed to be friendly, the quality of work did not come out in the final job. One year later we should not be leaking again.
