Davison was fantastic to deal with. They were super fast, easy to schedule and required no money up front for our repair. I signed the document and we were on the books for the last week of October or first week of November (team scheduling dependent). It was a pretty quick job (3 main areas to fix) and they did it all in about 3 days time. In an era where it's hard to have solid customer service with Contractors, Davison stands head and shoulders above their competition. I will not hesitate to hire Davison again.

Overall I was satisfied with the service provided. But i have to say, this was one of those experiences where I wished the owner himself came out to perform the job instead of his employees. Every once in I do find a roofing nail somewhere in the yard or driveway. So that's kind of disheartening. The owner is friendly and helpful and seems to genuinely do whatever he can to satisfy the customer. Though whoever answers the phone, not so much.

I got bids from 5 roofers. Davison Roofing was slightly more expensive but well worth it. The owner, Neil, came by every day while work was being done to check on progress and discuss any concerns I had. His crews have been with him for many years and all were polite and responsive to questions I had. The roof looks great and comes with a transferable labor and materials warranty from both Davison Roofing and Certainteed (the national supplier of the materials used). I'm very happy with the job.

Neil and his guys were great. The job went smooth. His crew worked in January with temps around freezing! No overages on cost, stuck to the estimate. Daivson Roofing offered all of the details in their service that other contractors offered and were by far more competitively priced of the 6 quotes I received. Our home is about 2500 sqft. with an uncomplicated gable roof. Cost came in around $21K after tax. A year later I noticed a small leak around the furnace vent, I notified Neil, and he came out right away and took care of it. He stood by his lifetime craftsmenship warranty.

Excellent! They were efficient and cleaned up pretty well on each day in the job. Price was additionally great compared to some other bids we received. Hire them!

The services went excellent. They were on time, on budget, and they left the work site clean everyday. They are very conscientious company. The contract was very detailed and professional. The owner would come and check on the job every couple of days. I would highly this company to anyone looking for a roofer.

Neil's crew was great. They kept the work area neat and clean, performed top quality work. Delivered product to the rooftop and managed the dumpster placement and timing so we could use our driveway. Excellent price for the work and material.

They bid packet was exceptionally professional. They accommodated our need for delay due to a death in our family, cheerfully. Work was done well, on time, crew left yard neat and tidy each day. Superb job!

We had numberous bids and Davison Roofing won based on price, demonstrated track record quality of past work and the confidence of Neil! Davison represented in our interview there were cheaper bids, but Neal was the clear winner.

Davison is 5-star all the way. The owners were strong on integrity and quality. I wish we had called them 5 years ago instead of being taken by fraud roofer promoting metal roofs. We were gunshy when we interviewed roofers for this replacement. We learned our lesson the hard way. Davison has an A rating with the BBB, guarantees the work, the manufacturer guarantees the product, they got the work done seamlesslesly, and while driving around Mill Creek to see roofs laid down by Davison and to check styles and colors, everyone said it was a delight working with Davison. And we enjoyed the same experience.
