+ -1 moreThe first call was getting information on what kind of a security camera would do the job and which one he recommends. I did not feel pressured in which camera I should choose nor which manufacturer to buy the camera and software from. He explained why he recommended a couple different cameras and the software and I am glad I went with his recommendation. Once we had purchased the camera and software that was recommended, I called again to get help with install and setup. The extra software did help with automating recording and maintenance tasks.
