Since the weather is nice and the rating on them looks pretty good. This guy asked whether I want to clean the roof today. I said ok, but after he went up and checked it, he told me I don't need to clean my roof but he found some moss at one corner, since our neighbor has quite few big trees on that side of our roof. Roof looks good. They offered to pressure wash the driveway for an additional $100, which was great, but in the process they chipped away a lot of the end of our driveway where it meets the street and we found chunks of it in our lawn later. Now we'll have to hire someone else to repair the end of the driveway. Other than that, the Apex employee was friendly and work hard!

The contractor showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner. The price was very fair. I would hire Apex again.

WOW! Clean roof (8 yrs of moss is gone!) and repaired gutter, cleaned off decks, rinsed windows and whole house and half the yard! I have 15 trees that deposit leaves and they are all now in a few piles for bagging! What a bonus! And the price was amazing, too!

Apex did a wonderful job on my Metal Roof. After all the debris they cleaned around my house & sprayed my windows off. We had other companies come out and said they couldn't clean it because they couldn't walk on it. I appreciate their hard work and I will use them again. I highly recommend them!

showed up when they said they would and did a good job. didn't get competing bids so not sure if the price was good or not but seemed reasonable relative to what I'd paid in the past to others.

We would like him to come back for a place on the house that needs to be addressed. There was a huge spot on the back of the house and I needed to point it out to him so he attempted to clean it and didn't get all of it off....we would like him to come back and get the rest of the stain of the dryvit....he got the large portion but there were drips that he didn't get off and they are very noticeable! Otherwise, he did a great a job and worked very hard!
