They gave me an estimate very quickly, and came within 3 days. Their bid was the least expensive since they were the only company that only did pressure washing. My drive, porch, and patio now look immaculate. I will have them again in the future.

Worker was on time and set right to work. Roof was throughly cleaned and all clumps of moss removed. It's orginal white tone was restored and anti-moss chemical applied. The composite shingles were not washed away or damaged and the roof looks almost like it was newly laid. The debris from the cleaning was throughly rinsed off of our deck and cars before the dirt had time to set. Of the three choices that is offered here, I would pick Apex for their complete, professional, and competant service.

the roof is cleaned of the moss and price was fair but that is all the good i can say. had the project done while i was at work and trusted them to close the gates to the backyard and they did not. only cleaned the walk-way and left the debris in the lawn and flower beds. also have damage to one of my downspouts. i have not been on the roof to inspect the gutters or to see if any damage was done so i may have more to add at a later date. it has been 2 days and no follow-up from Apex asking how it was.

They promptly completed the job and cleaned up the entire area. Afterward they were even able to correct a problem that showed up with one of our skylights after the cleaning at no charge and fix a small roof leak we had for years for a small fee.
