They were quite responsive and the company worked with me to find a time that fit both of our needs. I asked for them to be here no earlier than a specific time due to my work schedule, but there were here when I pulled into my drive. At least not late! Only other interesting factor was they had their dog with them. I'm an animal lover, however have a cat at home and wasn't quite prepared for that!

I called the service Dec. 29th, Tuesday and talked to Lisa (owner with her husband Jonathan) about scheduling for a wood stove cleaning. She could have scheduled for that day but I was not available. Given the timing and the NewYears holiday the next available date was Saturday Jan. 2, 2016. Jon arrived within the 2 hour window as planned. The house is a rambler with a low pitch roof so access was not a problem. He cleaned the stovepipe as well as the screen at the top of the stovepipe that prevents birds from dropping in. That was my biggest problem but I did not notice it. He thoroughly vacumed out the wood stove and used drop clothes to eliminate any unwanted ashes being scattered about. Jon was very personable and gave me a few tips to minimize creosote buildup. Job took about an hour.

Work was performed exactly as promised. We recently purchased a home with two wood burning stoves and needed to have the chimneychases cleaned since we had no idea when the last time was that they were cleaned. We live in Stanwood and knew that they were not close to by, but they agreed to come out and do the work for their regular price of $100 per chimney. The work was done quickly and they cleaned out the ashes, left by the previous owners, as well. We had just had the entire main floor professionally painted and I was concerned about dust and soot. The job was done so well that I had minimal cleanup, with no harm done to the new paint which is a very light color. He placed drop clothes down to protect the tile and carpet as well. He found a piece of pipe that was not code and had rusted and partially broken off between the one stove and the wall. A new piece is being custom made and will be installed and painted to match for $100. The price is great and I will definitely have this company back to do any work associated with the stoves. He was quick as well, but not in a hurry, a real plus. Also, I had no idea - being a city girl - how to make a fire in the stove or how they worked! He explained it so simply and offered to show me how to do it. I am now confident that my husband and I will know exactly how to proceed:)

After experiencing a no-show from another company, I called AACCR to sweep my fireplace/chimney on Christmas Eve morning. Lisa was efficient on the phone and explained the whole process in detail--she also assured me that tarps would be laid down to prevent anything from getting on the carpet. Her husband, Jonathan, arrived promptly at 9:30 AM. He was quiet and explained what he would be doing and where he would be working. He worked fast and the job only took about 30 minutes. Everything remained clean and tidy in the end, except for a small smudge on the wall that Jonathan confessed to! It cleaned off easily by the way. Jonathan was also very patient and willing to answer any questions.

They showed up on time. They inspected the chimney and then used heavy duty brushes and swept the chimney flue of all the creosote buildup. They cleaned out the stovepipe, vacuumed out the clean-out box and the wood-stove. No scare tactics were employed to try sell me stuff I know I don't need, like some other outfits have in the past. I hightly recommend them.

Mr. Jon Miller, Chimney Service Specialist appeared on time, did the inspections, told me the chimneys did not need cleaning, did clean the woodstove and pipe - fast, courteous and efficient. Lisa Robertson, owner of the company was polite and handled the making of the appointment and some questions also with efficiency.

They come to the place on time and performed the job very efficiently.

Jon arrived ontime and quickly performed all services. He was careful to not make a mess and cleaned up the area when finished. Payment by cash or check only (which was not a problem, when I scheduled the service they were upfront and advised me re. payment options.). I have to say that Jon's a great guy and did a super job for me!

The father/son team came out and were very professional. They laid a drop cloth in front of each chimney and go right to work. After inspecting the chimneys from inside the house, they immediately went up to the roof and cleaned them out. After they cleaned the chimneys then vacuumed out each fireplace and even cleaned the glass, they gave me a detailed invoice and were on their way. I was very pleased with their professionalism and promptness. They inspected the chimneys as well and told me no further work was necessary, which I found refreshing since they didn't try to up sell me on unnecessary repair work. They gave me a good price (a reduced rate since I was doing three at once , total paid was $200) as their regular prices beat the advertised specials by other companies advertising on Angie's List. I will use these guys again next time.

The are a small company but do a wonderful job with inspection,cleaning and repairing as needed. This is the 2nd year I have used this company. They are always prompt, do a great job on cleaning the chimney and cleanup. Always reasonably priced. Would highly recommend
