Affordable Appliance Repair

They told me the first opening was over a week out. I said that was too far and I would find someone else and then they said immediately, ok let me look again and found a time two days later! Long story short, they called at 9am saying they were not coming until we called back. We got the message at 10:30 and called saying please come. No one responded for a day. We called the next 4 days and talked to an agent and was promised we would receive a call to reschedule. No call and it had now been a week and we were told it was our fault for not answering the phone... for a time frame we already approved. We were never told we had to wait by the phone the entire time. There are plenty of options out there and the customer support and customer service was awful. They would not refund our trip charge so we will now have contest the fees. We hired someone else who came out the next day and fixed with a $10 part AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

After 3 days of no call, I called him asking for an update. That call went to the answering service and was never returned. 7 days after the original failure, Judd and Black came and had the problem resolved in half an hour. It was a small piece of plastic lodged in the exhaust pump. I can understand missing the real problem (sort of) but not returning calls is just not professional.

Has to order parts, so not complete yet. Will write another review after repairs complete.

He responded to a call for service on a failing freezer on Sunday. He was very efficient, friendly and professional. He said he is on call 24/7. He saved a freezer full of frozen food. I don't believe he charged any extra for a Sunday service call. I would highly recommend him for any appliance repair, whether an emergency or not.
