+ -1 moreThe estimate and the service were on time. The quote was the most reasonable among the ones we got from local plumbers and Dan was friendly which counts for a lot. Most everything was cleaned up - there was a little chunk of ceiling on the bathroom floor but nothing major. So far so good. Overall very satisfied with the work & would hire again.
Description of Work: We had the master water tank removed and hot water routed from the main line to the master bathroom

+ -1 moreBoth visits went well and fast. Very little time was spent at either visit. He put the new part in and it's worked just fine since, no dripping. We've dealt with Woollett's for over 27 years and have always been pleased with their work. They are a small business, and he isn't always able to be right on time, but they call and say if he's running a little late. We've always found being patient and using Woollett's to be in our best interest. The job will be done right and the price reasonable.
Description of Work: Our bath/shower was dripping. The provider determined which part had to be replaced, took photos' to identify the brand and ordered the part. A week later he returned and installed the part. The week in between, we were able to use the bath/shower.
