gutter cleaning, roof cleaning
+ 0 moreJuly 22nd 2022 we were supposed to get a quote for cleaning the roof and gutters. They came out and started to do a job without notifying us that they were here and not giving a quote before they started. After they did the job there was leaves branches and pine needles still on the roof as well in gutters. We notified windo genie that there was all that stuff still on the roof and gutters and sent pictures that show clearly what was on the roof and gutters. They said that they would come back and finish the job on August 4th but never should up. I called and after calling 20 times he finally picked up the phone and said that his workers didn't show up and would have to reschedule. I've texted meny times now with no response or rescheduling them to come back and finish the job that was paid in full. I'm talking with the news about window genie taking the money for a job that wasn't done properly like they said would be done! I also went to a friend's house down the street and made an appointment for a quote. The same people who did my roof showed up there the next day there to do his roof. They were told they will not be needed there. So window genie lied about there employees not showing up and scammed me out of the money I paid in full! I hope anyone who sees this to not use there services. They just want your money and don't care about how the job was done! And everything that was left on roof is still there!

+ 1 moreWe removed the screens on our own and cleaned them ahead of time. This was our wish. We were told we didn't have to. The worker, Chris, was very professional and worked without even taking a break, starting at 0900 and finishing at 1430. We are very pleased with the results. Our house is so clean and the windows are great too.
Description of Work: Pressure washed the house (2-story) and cleaned out all gutters. Then washed all exterior windows and the interior windows in the foyer.
