Description of Work: They installed two sola-tubes. The installation was/is perfect. The installers were friendly and professional.

Description of Work: Our furnace, heat pump, gas fireplace and hot water tank were installed by Sunset Aire though our builder. We dropped a ladder on the gas line between the hot water tank and furnace and broke the valve off. Sunset Air came out right away to make repairs. Very responsive and easy to deal with.

Description of Work: Inept workman arrived to work on radiant heat; serviceman was Not request to come at hight and would not leave when asked to (I am elderly and alone -- it took a call to my husband in CA to order him to leave the premises). The man did not have a clue re radiant heating, thus resulting in the concrete floor in our basement cracking due to the high thermal stresses caused. I had asked for the best man Sunset Air had re this system and, if unable to deal with it, to tell me straight out, to just leave. Totally unsatisfied. A simple response would have been nice. Instead...a bill Since then I have dealt with no one but Sunworks in Puyallup and they are excellent and help us in every way possible. Would never recommend Sunset Air to anyone...ever!

Description of Work: We had an old oil furnace that had been converted to gas in 1978. The house was built in 1929, so the furnace wasn't very efficient. The installers actually took a picture of the furnace because they hadn't seen one like this before. We first had the heat ducts cleaned, and the next day the crew arrived to cut out our old furnace and then install the new one. While here they noticed that our electrical panel had been recalled years ago, and we had them replace it with a new one. We also asked how much it would be to install a surge protector for the entire house as well as a transfer switch in case of a power outage. The price was very reasonable, so we added that to their project. The furnace installer as well as the electricians were artists. We are very pleased with the installation and would HIGHLY recommend them.

Description of Work: Returned in the PM from trip to no heat. This was a Saturday and was in the middle of the wordt snow storm in 40 years. They said they would be out Sunday around 11 AM, nd they were. Of course it was a Sunday so we had to pay a higher cost, but they did the job. It happened that the "starter" for the gas furnace had blown, and they replaced it. They even showed us how to do minor maintenance on the furnace without calling in a tech. We were impressed. We had also discussed the ned fopr a new furnace since this one is about 18 years old, with an estimated life of 20 years. We suggested they have someone call us the following week. The only thing that did NOT happen, is that no one has ever called, Nonetheless, the service was timely and professional and effiocient. The furnace is working beautifully!
