Description of Work: We will be paying $400 for additional services above and beyond the voucher amount. They bid $800 for work that others had bid $1500 for; the first $400 was covered by the voucher and we will pay the remainder. We will also have them come back in a month or so to do more work. We were very happy with them.

Description of Work: Ryan at Sunrise said that it would cost too much to drive from Lacy, where they are located, to my place in Belfair. However, he would be willing to come if I still wished him to. It is about a one hour drive and any big deal savings would be lost due to the long drive. I have received a list of other tree service people closer to me, and so far have appointments for estimates from two of them. Waiting for the third.

Description of Work: They put in a french drain to help with drainage problem. Removed all existing top soil and replaced with new top soil. Installed a beautiful, well designed paver patio and new sod. Removed two large shrubs and put bark on all garden areas. Our backyard looks better than we imagined. Some minor irrigation pipe and wiring problems were easily solved. Very good job.

Description of Work: They cleaned out and weeded several flower/landscape beds. They pruned and trimmed shrubs. They removed over grown shrubs and large bushes. They removed a tall 30'fur tree. They laid down a weed guard fabric. They planted several shrubs and plants. They covered the beds with 2" rock and some beds with bark. My yard has never looked better. It's the best investment I could have made and it's made my life easy!
