 + -1 morePaul was recommended by McKinney's Appliance, so we used him. We were very impressed with his work and the way he cleaned up after himself. We will definitely use him again.

 + -1 moreThe quality of work was good, however the company's website stated a rate of $125.00 per hour. After completion of the replacement sinks and faucets (which I had purchased), the labor rate calculated out to $190.00 per hour.

 + -1 moreActually, they didn't charge anything. They came out and try to resolve an issue but they couldn't resolve it, so they made suggestions and they set up but didn't work. They were fast, got here in a reasonable time, very friendly and very helpful. They are very nice and you don;t have the feeling that they're going to rip you off, gives reasonable prices for the work they do.

Description of Work: we had a freezeless faucet with hose bib outside our home installed. We called Paul and asked for a project review and price. He arrived at the proper time looked at the job, made his recommendations and we agreed on what was to be done. within a few days he mailed us a bid which we accepted. He called and asked when we would like the job done and we both agreed on 8/15/2011. At 8 AM Paul showed up, finished the job that day and sent us a bill which we paid.  + 0 morePaul came out on a Sunday with no notice at all. My water heater had been replaced and was not working properly. Turns out that the air had to be bled out of the lines. Paul fixed this lickity split and we were back in business. Excellent service. Professional. Awesome sense of humor. Have recommended him many times to friends and coworkers because of his experience. He is a second generation plumber that does super high quality work.
