I have been a well-satisfied customer of Olympia Overhead Doors for many years, and their latest service to me continued that excellence. Daniel installed a new garage door opener where none had previously existed, and completed a storm shield at the door bottom, to inhibit potential rainwater buildup seeping under that door. He was polite, friendly, and careful to explain some potential attic problems, which his hard work and perseverance ultimately avoided. I couldn't have asked for better service!

We have used them 3 times for services to our garage door. Service needed was explained thoroughly before starting. The problem was solved every time. They responded quickly and arrived right on time all 3 times. Miles was our service technician for the latest service done.

Excellent service start to finish. From Michelle answering the website request for service to Daniel arriving and completing the work it was professional all the way. Daniel, the tech, was superb and explained everything as he went. Couldn't ask for better service. Will recommend and use again.

We have been using Olympia Overhead doors for over 10 years. We have had excellent service each time. The technicians have been professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Daniel came to repair a broken sping. He he worked quickly and explained every step of the process. He offered to answer any question I had, which he did cheerfully. I learned a couple of new things about maintaining my garage door. I am impressed with the quality of technicians that work for this company.

The torsion tube on our garage door snapped in half and a bolt pulled out the wall from spring tension. The door was stuck open. Daniel replaced the tube, tension spring and bearing plate. I highly recommend Daniel and Olympia Overhead Doors. Reasonalbe prices and prompt, professoinal, courteous and skilled service. First time customer and will defnitely return.

I was very happy with the service I received from this company from the time I called till the job was complete. Ken did an awesome job. It didn't take him long at all to find the problem and repair it.. He even checked the second door and serviced it as well before I even ask. He was a true gentleman and respectful of any questions I had. He answered them with good advice. I will mark my calendar to set up a yearly service call.

When he found the broken spring, he had the replacement parts in the van and replaced the it without going back to the shop. All doors work great now. Ken did a GREAT job. Very professional and friendly.

Daniel called fist to let me know he was on his way. He showed up went strait to work, Once support was in place he Adjusted the spring for he added weight and adjusted my open.

He is always courteous, fast, and does an amazing job. We also use them for doors and openers at all of our sites, and again, they never fall short of being amazing. Really enjoyed Jason, the tech from Olympia Overhead Doors. He called ahead, arrived on time and gave very thorough service to our garage door. He moved sensors to their proper location, sprayed silicone on door joints, installed a new key pad and got us 2 new remotes. He showed us all about our garage door system and tips on how to use it properly. He was friendly, helpful, efficient and made sure everything was up to snuff before he left. He was calm, pleasant and was not in a rush - he left us feeling wonderful about getting everything going great! The office was nice to work with too. Got quick service - really good and thorough service. We HIGHLY recommend this company. They handle everything in a good way at a reasonable price.

The technician Ken did an excellent job and asked repeatedly if there were additional items that needed to be addressed. He also explained what the problem was (it was the initial wiring) and repaired it quickly.

The technician, Daniel, arrived on time and was able to diagnose a failed sensor in just a few minutes. He had everything needed and had the garage door repaired within an hour. Definitely will hire again for our shop, under construction.
