Description of Work: Electrical home inspection. Discovered electrical fire hazards and scheduled service to fix problems. Inspection was very thorough.

Description of Work: They installed a motion sensor light, using the existing power from an old light pole and removed the old light pole. | |Installation went great, then I found out once it got dark that the light didn't work the next day the company was contacted and let know the situation, the tech u came out and removed light and went to the store to exchange it for a new one, which unfortunately didn't work. After more investigating the light was fixed by the tech. They were professional and worked in a timely manner, very impressed by them making many trips to figure out the problem.

Description of Work: Had kitchen outlets that didn't work or were sparking. They replaced 7 outlets and switches with new ones (2 gfi). they found an outlet in the dining room that the box was not connected and flopping, plus didn't work, so the replaced that one as well. Replace the front outside door light (with one I purchased) and added a ceiling fan light (with one I purchased). They were professional and friendly. Cleaned up after themselves. Made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. I would highly recommend them and will use them again. kudos for great customer service and employees.

Description of Work: They never provided the service we paid for. It's ridiculous to put an offer out and then ignore the people who purchase it and have an expectation that what was promised will be delivered. Very unprofessional. At a minimum, let people know if you're overloaded and schedule for when you can provide the service you promised.

Description of Work: Unimpressed. When the electrician arrived he didn't seem to know why he was there, even though the scope of work was detailed in the ad. Didn't really do a lot of electrical inspection aside from plugging in a circuit tester in a few outlets.

Description of Work: Called service provider they said they could not get me scheduled until Monday. Then I called them back and told them I had a more urgent problem, they said they would be out at 2pm today. I then received another call from them a little while later with the service provider stating they would not be out today. This was an urgent situation with burning wires and I told them to cancel the appointment and got someone else on their way to do service at my home. Not happy with the back and forth on the scheduling.

Description of Work: Swapped out recessed lights, installed dimmers, installed ceiling light and fan, installed new electric outlets. Quality of work solid if you can overlook the technician's negative energy (no pun intended).

Description of Work: They came twice to do several, various services. I felt they were very professional, reasonable and trustworthy.

Description of Work: Overcharged for less than a 5 minute job. Would have been glad to pay half that amount. After payment the guy sat in our driveway, in his truck, on the phone for about 15 min. Was that part of the charge, too? Mr. Electric is not very far from where we live (4 miles?)and that's why we used them. Would not use them again.
