 + -1 moreThe existing enclosure included two back walls and a shower pan. The two back walls were somewhat out of plumb and there was very little space between one of the new glass walls and the adjacent vanity counter. It was a challenging situation to work with and prior to installation their installer came out, looked at the layout and made careful measurements since the glass walls would be custom made. Due to the challenging situation with the old retained elements of the shower enclosure, after the initial installation it required several follow up visits to get the enclosure right. The main point I want to make in this review is: the crew from Lacey Glass was diligent in following up and working with us to get the enclosure perfect. They were cheerful, clearly determined to completely satisfy us, prompt and efficient. I can highly recommend them for any glass projects within the scope of their firm's work. I will use them again the next time I have an appropriate project.

 + -1 moreExcellent service. Customer service very professional. Installers did excellent job -- however, they could have "cleaned" glass after install for a "perfect" job. They stated to be here at 1:00 PM and arrived at 2:30. But job took only 20 minutes to complete -- very confident personnel.
