Really great experience working with Jeff and Mike. They were able to come out same day and replace our old water heater. The price was fair and the customer service was awesome.

Jeff was here when he said he'd be, did a great job of installing the tank. It required some modifications because I wanted a water filter installed also. He also took the time and effort to analyze my old tank when he got back to the shop. His analysis, shown in a video he sent me, explained why there were glass fragments from deterioration of the glass lining and how badly deteriorated the interior of the tank was. Jeff and his assistant Mike were courteous and friendly and obviously knew what to do and how to do it. Additionally his price came in exactly at his estimate which was very reasonable. I would recommend Jeff Hardie to anyone who needed a plumber.

I have a home warranty contract, but the service provider they assigned could not help replace my water heater for a week. Jeff responded to our emergency quite quickly. His quote was reasonable and fair. He came back the next day and completed the job. Jeff was friendly and approachable, and he worked quickly and professionally. We enjoyed the occasional spontaneous singing and whistling! My wife and I couldn't be happier with our water tank install. Jeff got the job done and did it with a smile.

Jeff is professional, courteous and prompt. My hot water heater was leaking all over my cellar floor and Jeff came out on a Saturday to replace it. My cellar is gross and spider-y and Jeff kindly took pictures of the process and final results so I didn't have to go downstairs! Not only that, but he cleaned up the mess on the floor. Everything done in two hours at a great price - I'll be calling him again! Excellent local service.

They responded on on Friday evening and were right out on Saturday. He was local although the origin of the number fooled me. He was courteous very helpful and explained the features of the water heater. Great service. 2 hours approx.
