It was a weekend our hot water tank broke down, so I called several places.but The first responded to me Jeff hardie. I was very grateful for being kind and explaining in detail and installing quickly and price right. Now I know something goes wrong, me and my friends will calling Jeff hardie!!! Also guys name is Mike working so hard and did it good job we are so happy and recommend every one...thank you so much again!

Jeff and Mike were amazing. Jeff responded quickly, asked the right questions and was very knowledgeable. Mike showed up the next day ready to work. He explained what had happened to my hot water heater and precautions I could take in the future to ensure I get the longest life out of my new one. Mike even helped vacuum up some of the water in another room which was not apart of his job. Great work for half the price of their competitors. Will hire again!

I awoke Saturday morning to the death of my more than 30 year old water heater. Called around & spoke to answering machines, answering services & salesman trying to get my business. I could hear cha-ching in the background. I called Jeff Hardie at 3:00 pm on what he said was a day off. He called his helper who was also having a day off. They showed up at my house about 5:00pm and around 6:30pm they were pulling out of my driveway and I had a new fully installed water heater. THANK YOU BOTH SOOOOOO MUCH? And very important.....the pricing was VERY reasonable. Better then most.

Jeff was able to schedule the water heater the same day. Mike had to rebuild my 70 year old house and brought everything up to code. Robert went above and beyond support and clean up. Price was the best even though it took a lot more work only charged for a shutoff valve. Thanks again Jeff, Mike and Robert

They were very professional and insured that everything was done correctly. They offered some tips to help maintain my hot water tank. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time hiring Hardie for replacing an older water heater. Jeff was easy to talk with. He only needed a phone call and a picture of my current unit to give me a quote. His quote was lower than two other contractors and was available the next day. He confidently walked me through all that was needed for this replacement and how he would install the new one and called out what he would do differently from how the original water heater was installed. I appreciated the time he took to explain it all. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me anything and was pretty transparent and genuine. He was on time for the appointment. Did an amazing job with the installation. The quote matched the final invoice. Payment was easy. Can't ask for more! I would hire them again!

First time hiring Hardie to replace old water heater. Other companies called needed hours to schedule on-location inspection before estimates. Jeff asked for some pictures, and gave accurate estimate of time and cost over the phone. Completed on day of call. Professional, responsive, courteous, informative, and clean. Cost was 15-30% cheaper than quotes from other big local contractors.

Jeff Hardie of Hardie Plumbing sent me an informative text shortly after I submitted a request on home advisor for a leaking water heater in a rental property. I called shortly after speaking to a couple of other Plumbers. I sent him a couple pics of my leaky water heater. Jeff's prices were competitive and he was available the next day. He showed up on time, did a great job and overall, it was about as good an experience as you could hope for...when replacing a water heater. I will definitely hire Hardie Plumbing again. Contractor seemed very knowledgeable in his trade. Showed up on time installed the water heater and cleaned up garage area where he worked. He left me with good information of how to extend the life of the water heater. Price was a bit high I thought, but he was at my house to do the repair with in three hours of his phone call.Would of given him a higher rating if was possible.

They are a MUST hire!! Quick, informative, and thorough. Definitely will be saving their information for any future plumbing related concerns or maintenance.
