City Central Drywall

City Center Drywall is a pleasure to work with. They respond immediately to your request to help. The owner seem truly concerned with the success of the project. My only drawback is that painting was not detailed correctly leaving many small areas uncovered making it necessary to touch up. Everything was clear as to cost and time to complete, definitely user friendly. Effort was made to leave the home neat and clean. Debris was quickly removed and hauled off. A highly recommended restoration company failed to complete in a week what City Center accomplished in four days. Definitely the contractors to choose!

From the point of the original esitmate... which by the way Jeff came out the same day we called to explain our project position, time lines, and hopes of those things we were wanting from his firm, to the completion of the drywall installation and primer... his part of our project was the least area of concern. Jeff is easy to work with

City Center Drywall is the absolute best! Jeff was extremely kinds and professional during all stages of this project, and his price was excellent. I enjoyed talking with him during the negotiation process. I hired him to repair a nasty tear in my ceiling that resulted from our DIY project adding insulation to the attic. After Jeff completed the repair, you could not tell that anything ever happened to the ceiling. Is there anything this guy can't do with dry wall? Hire Jeff...trust me, he is an excellent worker, and very respectful of a homeowner's property. His work is completed quickly, and he cleans up completely after he is finished.

The project took twice as long as we were told. They did not protect the room when they sprayed the texture on the wall and got it on windows, furniture, other walls away from the project.

Jeff came over to the house two times before we signed the contract. We were told it would be a 5 day project. He had his people working on another project and our project turned into a 11 day project. During the ordeal there was a lack of communication on progress and there were many times we went by our home, during the work, to find City Center Drywall was there only one or two hours. After the project, and there were things not done right, he demanded his money, threatened to put my home on a lien, and used profanity in front of my wife and I and state "He" was frustrated with us! We would not recommend this contractor to anyone!

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, READY TO GO TO WORK, COMPLETED THE JOB IN LESS TIME THAN I HAD EXPECTED., THE WORKSMANSHIP WAS NOT QUITE PERFECT, BUT ADEQUATE.

They are an exceptional company. Very professional and very curteous. I received two bids from the three Servicemagic referrals. Both bids were less than $100 difference. I chose City Center Drywall because of their initial customer centered approach. We had a couple changes in the project but were easily incorporated into the final project at fair and reasonable price. I have been a design engineer for over 30 years and have worked with many contractors -- City Center Drywall rates very high in my opinion.

Quick response to my request and an immediate availability to work the project as well as knowledge of the project made me go with City Center Drywall. They did a great job!
