Description of Work: Aeration, over seeding, starter fertilizing, and compost spreading across approximately 5000 s.f. of lawn area. Outstanding value (without the compost spreading, their rate for just aeration/over seeding/fertilizing is less than $200 for an average-sized lawn). I would not hesitate to recommend their services and I will be using them next year for my annual aeration.
