Description of Work: Primary issue was a dripping faucet; replaced two bathroom faucets and replaced the pea trap in each sink.

Description of Work: Called for an immediate repair needed to stop a water leak that could not be controlled by turning off a valve. It was clearly explained that the leak needed immediate attention. The response was that someone could be out in nine (9) days.

Description of Work: Hot water was inadequate. Chris came and found elements were bad. Replaced them and checked some other issues I asked about. I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me a new hot water heater.

+ -1 moreThe work involved required the draining and removing the hot water tank from the oppoiste side of the bathroom wall. Chris installed new hot and cold water lines, valves, and hardware to the tub/shower, then replaced and refilled HW tank and completed all work within a few hours. This was an urgent call and Chris arrived on schedule and completed all work in just a few hours -- which was done a experienced and professional manner.
