Not careful with our possessions, pulled many furniture items rather than lifted. Somehow got grease on our mattress. Third "man" seemed very inexperienced. Seemed to be in a big hurry, not happy they were asked to move additional items. Had used this company previously and had a better experience.

The movers were punctual and worked without interruption to load our furniture. While his employees were loading the van, the owner assisted me in disassembling my wall-bed. With packing complete, we traveled to Seattle where parking is usually difficult. Eventually a spot requiring a carry of about 1 block was found and offloading commenced and proceeded without difficulty. All of my furnishing arrived without damage and were placed without injury to any of the condo walls, flooring etc. All-in-all it was a very satisfying experience and one which cost only 70% of what a national chain estimated.

Excellent. I called the day before and Angela was able to get me scheduled in. The movers (Ryan and Clayton) were prompt, fast, courteous and professional. I was impressed.

Within hours, the woman from the office called me and told me the total cost. It was considerably lower than I thought. I really needed their help and they were awesome.
