 + -1 moreHis son in law has taken over the company. He doesn't know quite as much but he still does a good job. I still hire him and call him out on a regular basis, but not quite as good as Steve was. After some time and experience, I'm sure he will be on his way to greatness!

 + -1 moreSteve arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment and was extremely polite and professional. We have 3 large dogs so our carpet was not in the best of shape. After showing him the area, he went to work immediately. His equipment was pretty quiet compared to a competitor I had been using in the past and I was able to work while he was completing the job. While working, he turned on all the fans I had set up so I did not have to go back upstairs. The carpet was completely dry by the evening time. Our carpet was fluffy again and smelled fantastic! I have never had our carpet feel so amazing and look so great. I will never go back to the competitor again!
Description of Work: Steam cleaned the carpet in a large master bedroom, play room/office and stairway.

 + -1 moreThey were prompt and professional. The stairs were quite dirty from our large dog going up and down them, so they pre-treated them prior to steam cleaning. It was a pleasure doing business with them!
Description of Work: This company steam cleaned two bedrooms, a family room and carpeted stairs in our home as we were getting it ready to be listed for sale. They gave information up front on the costs based of the square footage of the areas being cleaned.

 + -1 moreI received the estimate and the service took place four days later. Steve(son-in-law of Steve) arrived on time, told us how long it would take and set to work. We left, with dog, and returned at the designated hour to find the work done--and for less than the estimate, since he had done a second measuring. It took more than the advertised 1 hour for things to dry, but that was because of the Scotchguard application. Our carpeting is immaculate! Steve was careful moving furniture, putting plastic squares under chair legs.
Description of Work: Steve cleaned our filthy wall-to-wall carpeting---living-dining room, bedroom, den, and applied Scotchguard; We have a puppy and really needed the service.

Description of Work: Very happy with the quality of work that I received. Had to clean the carpets on a three story vacant home before I could leave town in 2 days, which included 4 flights of stairs. Called in a panic and they were able to come out the next morning. Took less than 2 hours and the floors and stairs had never looked so great. Final price was way lower than I was quoted and I was thrilled with that. The guy was punctual and efficient. Took note of my requests and answered all of my questions and groomed the carpets afterward. Would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: steve came in and measured everything and gave me an exact quote.id used other carpet cleaners that couldnt get alot of areas clean and the carpet was sopping wet when they were done.i asked around and everyone said steves not the cheapest,but he is the best.i was shocked when he finished.my carpet looked bran new and almost felt dry.a few days later a friend visited with their dog and it peed on my carpet.i called steve and he told me what to do.no charge.he said call anytime.now thats service
