"Exceptionally knowledgeable professionals with a service mindset. My office and storage building was flooded from a burst pipe last winter (2021/2022). I called up Affordable Restoration and they helped me through the whole process. They also referred me to a fantastic public adjuster who took care of the whole claim for me. I was impressed on how knowledgeable the Affordable Restoration crew was on not only the flood aspect but also on how to work best with my insurance company. They took the time to educate me throughout the whole process on water, mold, mitigation, restoration and the claim process. After my initial meeting with them, I felt like I was an expert on these topics. This gave me a lot of confidence in working with my insurance claim.
