Roman was fast and efficient from the moment he contacted me til the job was done. I would hire him again. Had I tried to do this myself, and I considered it, I would be out there til next week trying to get it right.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN! He is a con artist who swindled me out of $2000 for a job that was worth $1,000 at best. This man cannot be trusted to be fair in his pricing or to represent the truth when he is explaining the costs to you. I am a female senior citizen who hired Mr. Kokotek to repair a broken sprinkler system. I asked Mr. Kokotek three times while he was performing the work to give me an estimate of what the work would cost; it was an emergency repair for a water leak. He did not give me an answer. He arrived at 10 AM and finished at 5 PM --7 hours -- and spent a considerable amount of time on his cell phone during the repair process, taking care of other unrelated business. He also had to make a part run which took more than an hour and is included in the 7 hours I paid him for. He lied to me about the cost of parts, telling me the valves he had to replace cost $165 each. When I looked up the cost online after he left, the most expensive one I could find cost $25. The parts were not extremely expensive. When the project was completed, he scribbled a few numbers on a piece of paper, did not itemize the parts costs or the labor, and told me I owed him in excess of $2,000. By this time of day, I was exhausted and did not have the energy to argue with him over the cost; I paid him and he left. The next day I discovered that one of the valve boxes was full of water and had to call and ask him to return. He returned a week later, finished the work, and presented me with a second invoice for an additional $300 which I refused to pay. After three requests, he gave me an invoice for the $2000 charged originally but lumped the parts costs and labor costs together so you could not tell how much was for parts and how much was for labor -- a convenient way of hiding his exorbitant labor costs. After looking at the parts prices online, I am sure he did not spend more than $500 on parts. If I paid him $500 for labor, he would be making $71/hr for 7 hours. That brings the total to $1,000, which would be a generous payment, far from the $2,000 he charged me. As it stands and assuming $500 for parts, I paid him $1500 for labor which equals $214/hr! In reading his previous reviews, it is apparent that he has a pattern of overcharging senior citizens, as well as the rest of the general public. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS AND ITS OWNER! DO NOT HIRE THEM!

Very professional. Quickly installed replacement sprinkler head. Explained our options and price for some other work we are considering. Will definitely hire Roman for any future sprinkler system needs and recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

Roman was efficient and on time. He came back the next day ahead of time to repair the sprinkler valve and suggest future upkeep to maintain the system. Roman offered any service we may need in the future such as replacing outlets inside the house (he found three outside outlets that needed to be replaced), winterizing our sprinkler system, etc. We feel we got our money's worth. All four sections of our sprinkler system are working now. Roman was very professional and followed CDC guidelines with regards to staying outside, social distancing and wearing a mask.

It was a real challenge to find what was wrong with the system but found the issue and suggested the fix. Very professional work done, And timely. Everything was very neatly repaired and double checked.
