Five star service!!! I highly recommend O.C. Bohemia and will definitely hire them again. Our sprinkler system wasn’t working properly so I contacted O..C., and heard back from them right away. They were able to get us on the schedule immediately, diagnose the problem, and make necessary repairs. They were incredibly professional, efficient, and cost effective. They were also just really nice people who were a pleasure to deal with. Better yet, our sprinkler system is now working perfectly.

The so-called sprinkler doctor does not have qualified knowledge to troubleshoot the sprinkler system. For example, the 1st step he check the control box voltage with his DC meter to test AC solenoid valve and said the controller box needed to change! In fact the controller box is new,nothing wrong with it. I paid $95 and donâ t want to spend any nonsense money.

$200 per labor is excessive.

Roman did a great job updating my sprinkler valve system. His wife was there to assist and fetch tools and parts. They are a great team.

Got Roman from ANJI.com. He called right away and came out in two hours. Did the project and was on his way. I will have more work for him come spring.

This pro was AMAZING. Unfortunately, I had some shotty work done that messed up my sprinkler system and he came out in one day and fixed everything for a very reasonable price. Very courteous and thorough. I was very impressed and thankful. Would definitely recommend.

Been ripped off and completely tricked. Strongly recommend NOT to use this OC Bohemia Accidentally broke a pipe of sprinkler while dig into garden. Roman came and give a evaluate of 400, 300 paid up front. When he came, he fixed the pipe but 4 of the sprinkler sections on the front years are still not working. He insist its a valve station issue although I told him I did not do anything there and sprinkler was working just fine. He refuse to check the wire he has digged out but insist to ask me to pay 100 for each valve he can find. So he found 2 station and each have 2 valves next to each other. All of them are working just fine. So later he finally checked the line he digged out before and found the problem was right there. Then he fixed it but connect 2 lines together. Then he told me 700 need to be paid. I asked why, he said 100 from yesterday, 150 to dig a new hole, then 100 for each valve found. Obvious he found numbers does not add up. So he said he is charging all three valve at 150 each now. Funny thing 1 valve is right beside and already exposed on the ground. So I ended up to pay 1000 dollars to fix a very simple accident. No receipt, no paper work, no nothing. I asked Roman to include a main valve replacement into this 1000 dollar price because he recommend me to change it due to colder winter. He quoted 150 at that time. He said he will consider it if I give him a good review. So I waited for a week and checked back in with him. He said he cannot do it. It will take another 1000 dollar to replace a new one. Thats why I am writing this review. I feel horribly ripped off. Paid 1000 dollar to a simple pipe and wire reconnection. I would suggest all the friends to be careful with this company. They looks nice and quick. But they refuse to do basic diagnosis to find root cause and only push you to do things thats obviously useless. Then later just charge you additional by just scanning the ground and find the valves, 150 each, even for the one already exposed right there. There is no receipts, no paper work, no warranty, no cost breakdown. I feel that I was completely ripped off by utilizing my crisis and emergency. I asked for a simple favor to offset the high cost but was offered another trap for another 1000 dollars for a simple valve replacement while AM. Backflow just did inspection and gave green light two months ago. I am so sorry and regret about everything happened. I just hoped that I had never called. Roman told me they are the only company that can do sprinkler repair in the area and all other company subcontract to him. I just cannot believe such a so-called professional could provide such an unprofessional service and charges. I hope people can learn from my experience and do not fall into same traps.

Roman is very knowledgeable and repaired a tricky broken pipe that was buried under concrete. He also changed out 3 valves, fixing slow leaks and adjusted the entire system. He charges for that expertise.

Within a few minutes of submitting a request for service I received a phone call from Roman. We had a main irrigation pipe leak and brand new landscaping so it was a bit of an urgent matter. I text some photos and had an estimate on the spot. Roman came out the same day and completed the work quick and professionally. Thanks for the fast reply!
