Roman was punctual, professional, and came ready to work. After reading the positive reviews on servicemagic.com I hired his Company to install 3 appliances (gas stove, dish washer, microwave) I purchased new. He gave me the best quote among competitors and was flexible with my schedule. There were several snags that he had to overcome during the installation, but he did so without any issues; a sign of a true professional. When he finished there weren't any unexpected additional charges. My family used all the appliances he installed that night for dinner. He also hauled away old appliances for a small fee. I would hire again!!

I was not the one who directed the work to be done. But now, after the work was completed and the bill was paid (in full), I was told of many additional tasks that were asked to be taken care of and were not. We will need to be paying additional services to take care of things that were requested to be taken care of, and presumably paid for.
