Kris Eilts Concrete & Drainage

Description of Work: Wrote out an extensive explanation of the job I needed done and requested they contact me to set up a time to meet. I didn't hear back. I then wrote them back a week later inquiring whether they were still in business, nothing. So perhaps they are in fact not in business or perhaps like many contractors in this area they are too busy to bother responding. Advice: If you don't care about your name and reputation now, you will be one of the companies that will struggle to survive once this wave of growth subsides which it will!

Description of Work: Kris and his son removed an old concrete slab. The new concrete patio is fine. However, in the process of tearing up the old concrete slab, my new siding was damaged. (I had had it installed just a few months before). I was assured by Kris that he would replace the damaged plank. He dropped some planks off under my carport and I trusted that he would replace it before pouring the concrete. However, on the day he poured the concrete, he informed me that he was not going to replace the plank, that most of the damage would be covered with concrete anyway. Well, it was not all covered by the concrete. There is a bulge in the siding that I am now paying my siding guy to repair. There will be seams present because my siding guy has to cut the section out and replace. The time to repair would have been BEFORE the concrete was poured. I am not happy with how this went down. I felt that Kris did not care how I felt about this and he totally minimized the damage done. There was cnsiderable damage done to my yard as well r/t the machinery used. I am trying to repair that myself, but will probably end up hiring a landscaper. I suppose that part was unavoidable, but I wish I had known ahead of time how much damage there would be. I would not hire Kris again. I'm sure there are other concrete people who do as good a job of installing concrete and ALSO care about leaving their customer's property undamaged.

Description of Work: They came on time and the price was what I expectec.

Description of Work: Kris and his crew put in a new parking pad next to our house for use as an RV pad. We contacted Kris as well as two other vendors back in late May/Early June and came to a decision to go with Kris Eilts Concrete in mid June, although he wasn't the lowest or highest bid, he was the one that seemed to most care about exactly what we wanted and asked all the right questions. Because of his load and the changes in the weather, Kris was not able to get to us until the third week in July, but we were in no hurry. He was able to meet with us before we left for our vacation and we went back over the plan and he mapped out the pour on the ground. When we got back we found his work to be excellent and exactly what we were looking for in the end. |

Description of Work: This is a family operation, Chris, wife & son.They work well as a team. He came to do the work on the set date & worked until it was finished. It was a concrete extension to our patio, about 10' long. He removed sod and put in a drainline, covered it in gravel. It works great we were getting the water runoff from our neighbor's yard.

Description of Work: Company broke down old driveway and replaced with new concrete. All work performed in a competent and professional manner. Made every effort to ensure I was happy with the results.

Description of Work: Removed old concrete sidewalks and driveway, excavated new ground, set up, poured, broomed, and sealed new sidewalks and driveway pad.
