I am extremely happy with the work that was done. Dave Kauffman is very knowledgeable about all landscaping projects. I appreciated all of his ideas and suggestions. Dave and his co-worker, Sully are extremely hard working, and they show pride in their work. I am so happy with my patio I have asked Dave to add an additional patio in my back yard. Workers were pleasant and on time. They took down a section of our fence, brought in a back hoe and dug up two 4-6" diameter trees, then put down pavers in indicated area. The problems are these: when the under-bed for the hardscape was complete, the owner came in and told me he had made an "executive decision" to change the type of pavers he was going to put down. They were "on a flatbed truck in front of the house", and I felt pressured to accept them or have the yard torn up for days. They were NOT what I had chosen, which owner and I had discussed when he came to look at the job a few days before. I had no warning, no discussion about this change. They brought them in, and put them in place. They then left without completely cleaning up debris, without replacing the gatepost they'd had to remove, and without repairing driveway pavers they had dislodged while driving the fork lift over them on the way to back yard. An electrician who happened to be working here at the same time actually called these folks for me and told them to come put the fence back the way they found it. These workers did do a professional job of putting down the hardscape, but it was not what I wanted and will not look good with the hardscape planned for the rest of the back yard. Because of the money already spent, I do not feel I can take them up and put the correct ones down. I will never call this company again.
