Description of Work: I spoke to Rick a couple of times on the phone when I had what I thought was an insect issue. He told me that I had to find the source of the problem before I hired anyone to come out and not to do so until the source of the infestation was found and dealt with or fixed. As it turned out I called him once I knew what was going on and he said that there was no need to hire an exterminator. He ended up saving me money and restoring peace of mind and I thank him immensely for his time and education.

Description of Work: They came out and did a rodent inspection and also looked for other pests. They then set traps for rodents and did a carpenter ant spray. The person who came out was very informative and professional and did everything exactly as promised. He came back twice to set and check traps. Left a report of his findings no rats.
