The representative was very honest and explained that he would do what we had been doing. He came out and looked for where the actual activity was occurring. He informed us how to fix the problem on our own so that we wouldn't need excessive treatment. Overall this company has an honest and professional attitude.

Excellent, rapid response to initial call. Technician worked quickly and the initial services resolved the problem very quickly: no more mice = very happy customer who paid via credit card at time of service. ...until we started getting collection notices for fees related to a followup visit. The technician who took my credit card said that the price included a year's worth of followup visits. I called their office after each call, to be told that their accounts receivable person was unavailable and would return my call, which didn't happen until the fourth round of broken promises. Finally, I spoke to their accounts receivable clerk, who was aghast that I would think their technician would promise such a thing. She then asked me if I wanted to sign up for a year's maintenance contract. I paid the fee for the last visit and declined the offer to give them more money. Unbelievable.

Noticed quite a few wasps flying around the roof line of my house so went to take a look. It looked like some wasps had chewed their way in between to pieces of overlapping horizontal siding and had set up shop. Gave Willard's a call and they had someone out that day (he was already working the in area). Scott showed up within the time stated and took care of the problem. He was polite and professional, telling me that if the wasps returned to give them a call and Willard's would send someone out for a free follow-up spraying. Fortunately, didn't need to do that. Totally would recommend this company.

They were very prompt and responsive. They were excellent in every respect. They were professional and knowledgeable. They offered to come back in a week if we saw any trace of the yellow jackets at no additional cost. I would highly recommend them.

Yellow-jacket infestation discovered during exterior painting. Tried do-it-yourself spray, but the location was difficult. Willard's came out, gave me reasonable price, did the work, offered to come back as often as necessary until the extermination was complete if the first application did not work. First application worked without need for follow-up. Technician (Tom Jones) thought the job was easier than expected and offered to give me a discount. I was so pleased with the experience that I declined the discount and paid full estimate.

Painters found evidence of insect damage in wet wood. Willard's came out and checked it out. Assured me that the ants will only burrow into the wet wood. Need to get it repaired. No extermination. It costs $80 for the visit.

Scott was very knowledgeable and explained the habits of Yellow Jackets extremely well.

John from Willards did a great job, recommended followup service, and actually cost a little less than I'd been quoted on the phone.

They were prompt, courteous and took care of the job very quickly. I felt the price was fair and reasonable. That seemed to have eliminated the problem.

In early August, we had a sudden infestation of moisture ants in our daughter's room in the basement. When I called many company's late in the week, no one could come out until the following Monday (not okay with my daughter). Willard's was the only one who could make it on a Saturday morning. Adam came Saturday morning and took care of the problem. He was very friendly, efficient, helpful and professional. He even cleaned out both of our vacuums that we had used to vacuum up the ants (but there were still many alive in the vacuum). He suggested regular spraying to help eliminate the ants in the future and also spiders. We agreed to have quarterly spraying, except in the winter. I would highly recommend this company for their quick response, friendly and professional behavior.

Excellent experience!! I am an infrequent & skeptical user of Angie's List but when I was working on my computer late at night/early morning and heard THE SOUND coming from the garage wall I new I needed an expert - obviously my attempt to be rid of a rodent I discovered two weeks earlier (and thought I scared off) had failed. So with Angie's List reviews in hand I called Willard's Pest Control as their reviews were great and they were local for me (Kirkland). I was greeted with a friendly uplifting voice (Kelly) who said she could have someone out to the house in a few hours. She provided me with an estimate for the Pest Inspection and with a typical price for the full service with follow up visits - all seem reasonable rates. We agreed to schedule the visit for late in the day. Scot from Willard's Pest Control arrived promptly, and with his eager and positive attitude I explained my story and the steps I had done to close up the entry points (too many to describe - but please get to filling those voids promptly!). I showed him where I believe the rat had tried to gain entry to the crawl space (or was that get out?). Scot went on to explain the reality of rodents, what they like, how and why they do the things they do, and the steps necessary to keep them out. Scot examined the exterior, interior, and crawl space and felt the entry points were sealed okay (but could be improved). Scot made some suggestions and described the service they would perform. I elected to try and trap the rodent(s)? myself since I had already sealed up the entry points over the past week or so. But if I feel the rodent(s) are winning - I will call Scot to take over. I paid the Pest Inspection Service fee and gained a level of confidence that I was on the right track to winning the rodent war. I will definitely work with Willard's Pest Control again and recommend them to everyone.

I was just really impressed that he came out and did the job promptly, quick service, and he gave us options for cheaper solutions which was great, very professional, I recommend him to anybody.

Tom showed up on time and was very professional. He told me that there weren't any pest problems in the crawl space which was great news. He then gave me an estimate on what it would take to clean out the crawl space of all the debris. He also gave me an additional cost of what it would take to add the insulation. Although I found Tom very professional the price I received was 4 ($4860) times as much as another company for the cleanup and 3 times ($2835) for the insulation. I think that this company specializes in pest control and this is a side bit or something they aren't really interested in being competitive in. Also, Tom told me that the insulation that had been put up with plastic previously would be left. When I went back afterwards and looked at the inspector report they stated that plastic tacked to the floor joists would trap moisture and cause mold problems and should be removed. This was also stated by the other company I got a bid from (without prompting). I would hope that Tom would have noticed this as well.

I called on Monday. An appointment was set for Wednesday afternoon. These guys have the best customer service ever, from beginning to end!

Great! They were very timely, friendly and thorough. We are very pleased.

I felt that overall we were ripped off by this company and am very unhappy. We purchased the house and knew that there were some possible pest problems. We were originally told that it would cost about $7K to fix all of our problems (when they thought the seller was paying). On a cost per hour basis the service was very expensive-there was probably 2 hours spent spraying for the carpenter ants, 2 hours to shoot in insulation and two 15 minute follow-ups to tell that there was no rodent problem. I understood that ALL the ant problems would be taken care of by the company, but then we found out that they weren't even going to treat one of our major problems which was moisture ants. We were told just to set traps ourselves because it is too toxic for them to treat the ants in the house. I really understood that the bid was to cover ALL ant problems and we still have moisture ants all over the place after 7 months. I will now have to go to another company to take care of this problem.

They were extremely helpful and were very honest with us regarding our problem. They didn't give us a line just to make a buck and I liked that they were trustworthy. We will be using them in the near future because of their honesty with us.

They are excellent, I am really pleased with these guys. They are very honest and reliable. They work on time. They are reasonable and prompt, and they gave me a fair price. I am definitely hiring them again whenever I need them. I was amazed with how quickly they solved my problem. I would really recommend them.

Scott from Willard came out to check for pests at our house and was armed with a wealth of knowledge that was very helpful. After reviewing the grounds, he concluded no issues. We had him spray for preventative action. He was very professional.

Company gave estimate over phone and sent someone out the same day. Technician was knowledgeable and courteous. The job cost $20 more than was estimated which was a surprise. Did some price comparisons and they were average to market - although the entire job seemed too expensive overall for what was done.

The worker was on time, knowledgeable and pleasant. They followed up well to make sure the job was done. The cost was also very reasonable. There were some signs of the rats came back and they did come out again upon request.

As far as the pest control is concerned, they have done a good job. The cost of the service includes 3 visits total, and they have been very proactive in getting them scheduled. They were however exceedingly high in their estimate for the cleanup of the crawl space. A company that specializes in this type of work quoted us $1900 for the job. Willard quoted $4700. I am giving them a C for Professionalism for that reason. Their price for the cleanup was ridiculous. If they didn't want the business, they should have just said so.

The person for Williard's was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and efficient. There was no pressure to contract for more than this one time service although we did agree to two returns during the key period for ants to infest. We were informed that we could opt out of those scheduled returns without cost.

We were in a bind for a quick response. Scott was on-site within a couple of hours, took care of the ants, and was pleasant and helpful. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. Great folks to work with.
