The technician quickly diagnosed the problem when he arrived and drilled small holes in the affected wall creating minimal patching work for me. He successfully resolved the carpenter ant problem and made recommendations about how to avoid such problems in the future.

Very professional, prompt, and educational. We saw two different reps, one who set the original traps and checked the house for entrance points and another who re-baited the traps and disposed of the dead mice. Each was very helpful and straight forward about what they were doing and why. Didn't try to oversell us with more services than were needed and advised appropriately when we needed an handyman to repair part of a wall. I very much liked working with their office staff who were knowledgeable, and accommodating of our schedules. Absolutely will use them again with other pest situations.

Tom arrived at the agreed upon time and provided explanations about what he's doing and what he found. After emerging from the crawl space he tip-toed outside to change his outfit so he won't mess up my floors. Besides checking for pests he also offered suggestions about cleaning up the crawl space and repairing the insulation that had been damaged by pests. I didn't need any work to get rid of pests since the previous owner took care of it and Tom confirmed that. Therefore I can't comment about how effective they are at that part of the process.

The company responded promptly and were professional and thorough. They completed the job in a timely manner and successfully caught and removed all the rats.

The office staff was very friendly and professional when I called initially. They told me exactly what the process would be and what it would cost. They were able to schedule the initial appointment the next day. The 2 follow-up appointments were able to be scheduled at times that met my schedule. Adam was also very professional. He called in advance when he knew he would be a bit late due to traffic congestion caused by ice. He was right on time for follow-up appointments. He was personable and told me what he was doing and what to expect until the follow-up visit. The process and cost was exactly as was explained to me.

I have used Willard's for six years, starting when I needed a wasps' nest removed from near my mailbox. Since he needs access to my crawl space, he always calls first, and we set a specific time. If he's going to be late, he always calls to check if that is okay, or if we need to reschedule. He is very knowledgeable. He never pushes any service. This company is a quantum leap up from the nationwide company I had used before. I am truly thankful that the arborist discovered the wasps' nest and knew the best company to call.

Scot called about 10 minutes before the end of the schedule window to let me know he'd be a few minutes late. He was very knowledgeable and didn't complain about having to climb through a small access hole to drop into the crawlspace of our house. He explained about how and where carpenter ants nest and do damage and recommended regular perimeter treatments since we'd had them in the past but also said it was something a do-it-yourselfer could do. I went ahead and had a perimeter treatment done, which was reasonably priced and done quickly.

The exterminator was very knowledgeable. He actually recommended that nothing needed to be done except twice yearly ground sprayings, then to call him back up in the spring to get that started.

Scot was the technician who came to my house for the service call. He was very nice, polite, and funny. He is good at his job and is very thorough. Once he did the initial treatment he told me to call after a few days if I still could hear the ants in the wall. When I called back to say that I could hear them he came back out and treated again at no charge. Judging by the ants that came out of the wall that he treated it appears as though he got them this time. He made sure that I knew that I could call back if I was still having problems and that he would come out if necessary. I am having them do a monthly perimeter spray through the summer and then we will re-evaluate to see if additional treatments are necessary. No high pressure sales tactics. No long term contracts (unless I ask for one).

TECH WAS SUPER. GAVE ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION INCLUDING PRICE CONCERNING RIDDING OUTSIDE OF HOUSE OF ASIAN LADYBUGS AND SPIDERS. GAVE OPTIONS FOR DOING WORK. ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS EXCEEDINGLY PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. DID WORK QUICKLY AND PROFICIENTLY. COMPANY RESPONDED TO A.M. CALL SAME DAY SERVICE

WE HAVE USED WILLARD FOR YEARS. THEY HAVE EXCELLENT REPUTATION AND WAS EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE IN REMOVING CARPENTERING ANTS FROM OUR HOME WHILE USING SAFE MATERIALS.

WILLARD'S ONE TREATMENT SOLVED THE PROBLEM AT A REASONABLE COST. THEY DON'T PUSH AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION AD NAUSEUM. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE. WE HAVE USED THEM ONCE A YEAR FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS AND PLAN TO CONTINUE TO DO SO, IF NEEDED.

TECHNICIAN WAS ON-TIME, PROFESSIONAL, AND CONSCIENTIOUS. I APPRECIATED THEIR CAREFUL ATTENTION IN LAYING CLOTHS TO AVOID TRACKING DEBRIS FROM CRAWLSPACE THROUGH OUR HOME.
