Description of Work: By the description of the sound the birds were making in my chimney he knew there was nothing that could be done until the chicks could fly out of the nest. So I had to wait before contacting a chimney sweep. Never came out and saved me money by explaining over the phone. Very helpful and if I have any other issue with wildlife, I'll be calling.

Description of Work: The provider came to my house on a Saturday morning, took care of the problem, explained what had happened, and gave some tips on avoiding this type of problem in the future. Very pleasant, very professional. While I hope I don't have wildlife problems in the future, if I do I will imediately call Brendon.

Description of Work: Washington Wildlife Control solved our "Squirrels in the Attic" problem by humanely live-trapping, removing the offending animals, and taking them away to release them in a non-residential area. It went well in spite of one of our neighbors who would open the trap and release the squirrels whenever he saw one in the trap/cage, and another neighbor who continued to feed peanuts to them! WWC managed to clear the area of 8 squirrels before nesting season, and we have sealed off their former entryway. Problem solved!

Description of Work: I called for advice on a rat problem. I had been catching enough of them on my own that I felt I had a big problem on my hands so I called West Coast Wildlife Control. They told me to save my money and just keep doing what I was doing. Refreshing advice! They gave me a few tips to improve my trapping techniques and if the job was too overwhelming they'd be happy to help. Really appreciate the advice and level of professionalism.

Description of Work: The fact that I did not use the service is a tribute to the great information that was provided regarding my problems with raccoons. I learned enough to realize that, since I was replacing my deck anyway, I could do some things to try to keep them at bay for the time being and when I replaced my deck I had a lattice skirt placed around the deck and they never returned. I really appreciated them taking the time to talk to me over the phone and provide me with advice!

Description of Work: I had a mountain b under my deck. Brendon came out on a Tuesday afternoon with traps and a wealth of knowledge. He explained how mountain beavers live and eat and why he was using the 2 different traps. He felt it was just 1 animal and he was right. All he asked me to do was check the traps each morning and call him to report.

+ -1 moreWe saw mice in our kitchen, so I called Brandon. He came out. He looked around, explained the process and then gave the price. Once we agreed on that, he layed traps the same day. He said to call day or night if we saw a mouse on the traps. We never saw any on the upstairs traps, so he came by every few days to check the traps in the crawl space and attic. He trapped and removed all the mice. Once we were mouse-free, he then figured out how they got in and were moving from the crawl space to the kitchen. He blocked all their entries, so we shouldn't have any more problems.
Description of Work: Field mice got into our home. He trapped them and then figured out how they got in and were getting around in the house. He sealed up their entry points, so we should not be bothered again.
