house cleaning
+ -1 moreWe have used Viola Cleaning Service for the last 3 years. The people that clean for them are thorough and clean the house well. In the past, if I have had a problem with the way something was cleaned (or missed), I would call and leave a message with the company. That was all that was needed to make sure it was taken care of the next time. The owner does not return calls very quickly and sometimes not at all, but if there is a real issue she will. Most of her workers have a bit of a language barrier, so it can be difficult communicating with them. If there is going to be a change of who is cleaning the house, the owner will come out with the new person and walk them through the house. They are not always on time and are often early, which is hard since our cleaning is first thing in the morning. Overall, we have been happy with the quality of cleaning.
Description of Work: A cleaner came and cleaned all parts of our home, including bathrooms and kitchen (2800 sq. ft.)
