Without getting into a lengthy list of details - the job went badly and NO I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM.

First off, we weren't real happy about the fact that somebody left a check-off card/flyer on our doorstep saying they accessed some of the trees on our property, which was done w/o our permission and while we weren't home. We were also confused because there are two different names and phone numbers on these cards. I called the name and number that was printed on the card for Tim. The office manager assured me that the person who filled out the card (Michael) did not trespass and only observed the trees that were visible from the street. That's entirely believable, since we're on a corner property and all the trees on it (about 7 or 8) are clearly visible from the street, so I was satisfied with her explanation. (Although I still don't feel comfortable with somebody looking at our property uninvited for commercial purposes). I scheduled an estimate 3 weeks out because we're doing some remodeling and other property improvements and was trying to juggle contractors and various vendors. They wanted to schedule it on a day that was convenient for them, and I explained that I'm not available on those days, and I wasn't in a hurry. The day before they were to come out and give us an estimate, the office manager called and said Tim was going to be busy "climbing trees" and wanted to re-schedule for that weekend. I was puzzled by this because it's been 3 weeks, and I'm a customer too, but I'm a patient man and agreed to reschedule for the following week. Again, they wanted to schedule it for a day that was convenient for them, but again I explained I'm only available to do this on my day off. The re-scheduled appointment was for noon on April 30th. Right at noon, the office manager called and said Tim couldn't make it and wanted to reschedule again. That's it, my patience had run out. I told them to cancel it and I'll find somebody else.

Disapppointing.

They did the job quick. They made sure they cleaned up after them self. They were very respectful.
