Very well. A tarp did come loose in a storm Bot the technician came out and corrected the problem.

The owner Jeff was really knowledgeable. He helped reconfigure a system that would fit in our yard. They installers were very prompt, and they did a great job. They also removed an old system.

The installers arrived in the scheduled time frame and set the play system up in approximately 90 minutes. They were professional and courteous. After using play system a few times, I noticed the swing brackets were not installed evenly making the swings crooked. Also, there are cracks in the wood in various locations which according to the warranty is normal. Will contact Rainbow systems for possible inspection.

The room was really fantastic. They were family friendly. The customer service there at the site was extremely helpful. It can be a little busy but once I am there it was a great environment basically room for old folks and the kids can play on and try out and see how it actually worked. If there was a little bit of wait to deal with a sales person it was an okay place if I have to wait. It was beautiful and a great quality product. There customer service in case of scheduling it took a long time for scheduling and payment. It not that they were holding us for money it was because could not get a hold of the person to pay. It was a little different. They use independent contractors to assist us to install the playground equipment. The contractors who came to put it in were fantastic. They were more expensive in something's because of the quality of the product I think.

The installer showed up at my house early (I wasn't home) and I discovered they had not yet been to the other house to pick up the equipment. The project was running late, and rather than give us a call to let us know, a couple hour project turned into an all day event for both me and the person who was waiting for them to pick up the equipment. I understand that they weren't selling us a new system, but I was still paying them a lot of money for something that I could have had done for much less. I chose to hire Rainbow because I wanted them to be responsible for the entire installation and I felt that they would be the most knowledgable about their own equipment. The installer let me know that there was some rot that would need to be repaired and that he would have Jeff call to let me know the cost the following business day. After calling Jeff several times, I still don't know the cost.

THEY DID AN OK JOB. THEY WERE PRETTY EXPENSIVE, AND THEY KEPT DELAYING THE INSTALLATION OF THE SWINGS. THEY WERE KIND AND POLITE, BUT I THINK THEY COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB.
