very good experience, I have no complaints. There were 2 cleaners and it took them just under 2 hours. My condo was so clean.

They were on time. Both women were easy to communicate with and very pleasant. I felt very comfortable leaving my house in their care. They did an excellent job of cleaning. We're already booked to hire them again.

Very happy with my cleaning person. Love that I can schedule and pay online. After service is performed, I receive an email asking about quality. I can leave comments for future cleanings this way.

I have had rotator cuff surgery and have limited movement. Kelly folded sheets for me, swept my front steps and backyard patio and rug closed windows I couldn't do one handed. She is a gem and Rain City, as a whole, are very responsive to requests.

Kaitlyn arrived early as requested and performed dutifully! It was great to come home to a clean house after running errands all day! Looking forward to my next time!

What a great surprise...I came home to a house that was spotless. Everything was clean down to the last detail. Even the TP roll had a fold just like a high end hotel. I will use them again and plan on scheduling them for monthly cleaning.

Starting with a prompt response from the owner on pricing and availability, and was patient with all of my questions, then Jessica showed up right on time! She was super nice, and made her way through my house like a champ.everything was thoroughly cleaned, didn't miss a thing.

I have been looking for a new cleaning service because my old one kept changing cleaners on me and many of them didn?t do a good job. I gave Rain City Maids a try because they are locally owned and they use eco-friendly cleaning products. The cleaners who came were friendly and willing to clean in the order that worked best for our household, that is, around our kids? schedule. The cleaning: It has been several months since we had a cleaner come in, so there were a lot of areas in need of help. They did a good job and of all of the cleaners we?ve had, did the best job on the hardwood floors. I found this particularly interesting since they used exactly what I had other cleaners use. So, it wasn?t their products that made the floor look good, it was their desire to do a great job. I?ve had some cleaners leave the bathtub dull with soap scum and wipe around the shampoo, etc. on the side. But, not Rain City Maids ? the tubs were shiny and the nooks and crannies clean. The cleaning products: They seem to be using Method and a few other brands. What I liked was they used the right product/tool for each job. The house smelled clean but not overly chemically or perfumed. I plan to have Rain City Maids come back. It feels great to be in a clean space.

The owner, Ben Ferris, gave us a complimentary cleaning in return for reviewing his new cleaning business. I couldn't have been more thrilled, given that we just adopted a 1.5 year-old dog who makes messes, then attacks our equipment when we try to clean up. Ben's emails communications were fast and efficient. He worked around our needs when scheduling the cleaning and stopped by to introduce himself when the cleaners arrived. The cleaners, Lizzie and Jen, were very friendly and professional. They introduced themselves to us and gave some love to our overly eager dog. They worked very hard for 3 hours. When I came home, it felt like walking into a spa! Everything sparkled. The bathrooms and the kitchen, in particular, looked fantastic--folded towels, lined trash cans, and shiny sinks and appliances. They left us a cleaning checklist to show what tasks they completed. It was very comprehensive. I'm hopeful these folks will agree to be our regular cleaners.
