Rain City Maids

We couldn’t believe our luck finding Rain City Maids. Have been on the lookout for a good cleaning service for two years but none could make the grade. Rain City Maids was spot on time, efficient and with the attention to detail we couldn’t find elsewhere. We were so impressed we immediately booked our next service. We’re pleased to have found a consistent, competent and reliable service. I could go on and on but think I’ve already summed it up: a fine service that gets the job done exactly the way like.

After a mere 3 hours of work by Lisa and Yassina, I was able to host a holiday party for 20 friends and family members with comments like, "I don't remember the house ever looking so clean or smelling so fresh!" Even though it's a difficult address to find, they arrived early and worked efficiently with kindness and tolerance for my Dad.

I was impressed with the thoroughness of the 2 cleaners who arrived right on time. The company also uses eco-friendly supplies and the smell wasn't harsh at all. When I booked the appointment, I had problems with the mobile version of the site. A representative helped me right away and just booked the service over the phone. I will definitely continue to use this company to clean my house!

So far, I have used Rain City Maids 3 times. They have all been fantastic. The level of the cleaning have been more like a deep cleaning than a regular cleaning. The cleaning staff have all come on time and have great attitudes when they came in. The first thing they ask is if shoes should be removed. Let me tell you, this has been my biggest gripe with almost every other cleaning company I have tried (and I have tried a lot). They are extremely professional, hardworking and diligent. With most of the other companies that I have tried, majority of the times I had not been able to communicate my needs to them due to the staff understanding limited English. With Rain City Maids, the staff have been fabulous. I gave a quick explanation of what I needed done, and I'm able to leave the house to run errands. So far, each time, I have come back to a super clean house. I will stick with Rain City Maids. Scheduling is easy, the staff are so easy to communicate with, and the work is done to perfection. One time, the power surged and the breakers had to be flipped. Elyse called me, I told her where the electric panel is, and she fixed it and was back in business within a couple of minutes. She is absolutely the best. When this happened in the past, things did not go nearly as smoothly. I have tried at least 5 cleaning companies, and so far, this is the best. I highly recommend them. They are not the cheapest out there, but I would still hire them over any other company I've tried.

We've never had cleaners before, but I was happy with what they were able to get done. I was home because I was recovering, and they were very polite and efficient. Looking forward to having them back in two weeks!

When we came home, my kids walked in first and immediately called to me, "Mom, you've got to see this!" My kids are not usually impressed by housecleaning! -- but it looked fantastic.

The team from Rain City Maids were professional, punctual and extremely pleasant. They did a great job and we'd recommend them highly.

Rain City Maids did an excellent job. The kitchen has never been cleaner. My glass shower doors are sparkling. The two cleaners split the condo and worked for almost 2.5 hours on my 1,100 square feet. At the end, they mopped their way out the front door. I have already scheduled regular cleanings ever 4 weeks. I love this is also a local business in my home town.

Very well! The cleaners arrived on time, were professional and worked hard to get everything done on my list. I have worked with a few cleaning companies before and they are among the best!

Everything was spotless when she finished. No wasted time - just worked. I appreciated smile and pleasant greeting when she arrived and let me know when she was finished and leaving. The person who cleans leaves a complete checklist of everything she has done The person you can talk to on the phone is Ben. He is very nice to work with, very accommodating, and very responsive. I would recommend Rain City!

We love this service. Two cleaners show up promptly at the appointed time and go right to work with their own equipment. They are professional, and work quickly. I have absolutely no complaints; they do a fantastic job.

This is the only company that we use when having our home cleaned. Yes, its reasonably priced for the space and quality of cleaning, but we've also grown to trust Kellie. It can be a little nerve-wracking when hiring someone to clean your home, but Kellie has always been incredibly professional right from the beginning and its comforting to know that we can just leave her to do her job. What makes it even better is how sweet and friendly she is. The company is also incredibly responsive when we make requests; they call and email to make sure that we know they have seen our requests. It makes just makes everything so much easier. Thank you, Rain City Maids!

I have used Rain City Maids for three months now and I'm quite pleased. The price is fair and the cleaning in thorough. There were a one or two missed spots a couple of times but for the most part the whole house is left clean and nothing has been damaged. I've used a couple of other cleaning services in the past and this service is by far the best. They are responsive when you email and are willing to work with my needs and schedule.

Aliya did a great job cleaning our apartment!! The only thing to mention is I'll have her use our mop next time since it seems to work better on our hardwood floors and to have her spend just an extra few minutes cleaning the outside of our kitchen cabinets since obviously we are messy cooks!!! But otherwise she did a fantastic job and overall Rain City Maids has been extremely flexible with our schedule and they have kept good communication!! Great customer service and highly recommended :)

Very good customer service! I had some questions before I hired them for the first time and they responded to my questions super quickly. It was also very easy to schedule my first service and they even sent me reminders the day before and on the day of. They did a good job cleaning my place although the lady missed a few minor things, but overall my place looked a lot cleaner afterwards. p.s. Make sure you have a parking spot arranged for them. I didn't know that, so had to pay extra to cover the parking fees.

It was very easy to schedule and pay online. I set up the service even though we weren't going to be home. I received a confirmation email along with two reminder emails and a phone call to inquire about any specifics, etc. because it was our first time using Rain City Maids. We came home to a very clean house that smelled fresh but not like harsh chemicals. The kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned very well - the grout in our shower hasn't looked this clean ever. We are scheduled to have them come every two weeks and I can't wait until their next visit.

Excellent job. Very happy with Rachael's service. I even gave specific requests, such as remove grandchildren's fingerprints from mirror and dust corner of windows, on top of regular scheduled cleaning. All done professionally with a smile!

Cleaned the house top to bottom. The owner of the company is always highly responsive and follows up to every cleaning. All of the bathrooms, floors, kitchen, and even furniture was spotless. A few cobwebs got missed (but to be fair, they're hard to see) but the house really did gleam. Things that were left out (shoes, etc) were tidied and toys corralled. There were times when dishes weren't done (but most cleaning companies won't). I wish I could hire them every week!

I was very happy wit the whole experience and outcome. The girls were all prompt, friendly and courteous.

I was at work when the cleaning team came, so I didn't interact with them in person, but they did a great job! Very thorough cleaning, and a detailed checklist was left showing all the tasks had been completed. They also have a very convenient online booking platform that made everything a breeze! I will be using them for regular cleanings!

They do a great job. Every item / place / surface you expect them to clean they clean very well. And they arrange items in neat ways (i.e. the shoe rack by our front door). We have pets, so the floors are our biggest concern. They really do clean up our home very well.
