I was extremely impressed with the Pro Roofing NW from the first consultation all the way to the end. They were one of 3 bids I received and they were smack in the middle, however, what swayed me was their knowledge and understanding of my needs and no sales pitch. The roof was entirely done in one day and considering the mess that occurs when replacing a roof, there was absolutely no evidence that late afternoon they were even there. The roof on our house was replaced. There were 5 roofing layers that were torn down. We chose to use TPO as our new roofing layer and also got the downspouts, scuppers, vents, and fans replaced. We are very happy with the results and the way the job was done. We chose Pro Roofing NW due to the way John Borbridge handled our interactions. He was prompt and clear in answering our questions and concerns and worked with us to give a good price on the estimates. The job was started in the same week it was scheduled (though it was delayed by 1 day) and finished promptly (4 days total including down spout installation). The roof installer was led by Teles and they were professional and thorough in their work. In addition to the plywood that needed to be replaced, the fascia and barge boards also had to be replaced in certain sections. We found them honest when they recommended replacing just those sections since the wood was fine in all the other sections. In addition, they also painted the replaced sections to match the existing color of the house (we bought the paint for them). What stood out to us was they worked with us to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction. We highly recommend them!

Attempted to get an estimate for a roof from ProRoofing NW. Rob came out and said he would get back to us and it's been over 1 1/2 weeks and nothing from Rob. Emailing or calling them directly has resulted in no response. Pretty glad I found this out now rather than after they started on my roof.

Great, they were on time and completed on schedule. The only minor issue was cleaning up around the house at the completion of the job. When I contacted them, they responded immediately and sent someone later that day - awesome!

They were great. I'd use them again. I have no way of looking at it, I mean I can't climb up on my roof and see it, but I have to assume they did a good job. They were knowledgeable.

Communication was a problem all along. At contract signing, I told the salesman we could have the job done any time except for one particular week when we'd be out of town. Got an email from the office several days later telling us they would be starting the job the very week we'd be gone. After a phone call and some more email exchanges, we were given a better starting date. On the first day, the waste container was dropped off and the roofing materials delivered in the morning. Not having seen any roofers, we called at 2 pm to find out if they were planning to show up. Two workers appeared around 3 pm and began to tear off the old roof. On the second day, the whole crew started in the morning and worked into the evening to finish installing the new roof. The general terms of the roofing contract stated that the company always used plywood under the waste container to protect the driveway. So we were dismayed to find out no plywood had been used, resulting in two long lines of broken stones in the aggregate concrete of the driveway. I had a chance to get up on the roof the next day and was disappointed to find the new box vents had not been installed at equal spacing from each other; moreover, they were not installed along the same horizontal line, as seen in the first attached photo. There were also no screens in the two new bathroom flapper vents. We emailed the salesman about the problems and heard nothing back; two days later we received the bill and emailed the office to remind the salesman to respond. A week later we emailed the office again to ask when someone would respond about the repairs. Two days later the company owner called to say he would have someone out by the following week to fix the problems. After almost four weeks with no communication from the company, we left a phone message asking when this job would be finished. The next day, the owner called and said someone would be out around 2 pm that afternoon. No one showed. The next day we called at 10:15 am to demand top priority for getting our roof properly completed. Finally, two roofers came out around noon for a few hours to work on the vents. I went up the next day and found all the box vents lined up, but no change in the uneven spacing (124, 69, 72, 72, and 79 inches apart). One flapper vent screen had been perfectly installed and another was cut a little short, leaving a bird-sized hole. Getting irritated at the lack of attention to detail, I looked over the entire roof once more and noticed whole rows of shingles which were laid out in curves instead of straight lines (see the second attached photo). Clearly there was at least one member of the roofing crew who operated without adequate supervision. We sent in our remaining complaints to the company but have gotten no response. After ten days, we decided to pay the bill rather than face another month of slow communication and the diminishing returns of imperfect re-work and more foot traffic on the new roof. I hope these were random occurrences of sloppiness and not signs of a general bad attitude toward doing the job right. Guess I’ll find out when the rains return.

After contacting a number of contractors we decided to go with Pro Roofing because of the price, timing and the guarantees. We were very happy with how quickly they were able to fit us in and their willingness to handle all repairs between the time we hired them and the full replacement of the roof, which fortunately wasn't needed. They were fast, professional, and did an excellent job of cleaning up all the old roofing materials and the debris from the new ones. We have huge, old rhododendron bushes along most of the front of our house, and they raked under them completely without damaging the bushes. Very impressed!

I am extremely happy with my decision to choose Pro Roofing NW and Rob as my roof replacement contractor. I bought this home several years ago, the previous owner did cheap job on the roof, there is no plywood and water protection under layers. Even the roof is not too old, but it often leaked. I have been searching for a roof replacement contractor for a while, I got several quotes. some are very cheap, but there are always have Time/Material cost which made me worry that job will end up much more expensive and there are hidden cost until job started. I have found your company from Angies List. Rob came to my house did very careful and thorough exam of my roof condition, he even climbed to my attic to checked the under layer of the roof. Rob explained the issues of why my roof was leaking, which made a lot of sense to me. Rob brought the roof material and explained what to select and the relational behind it. He is very professional and knowledgable. I was convinced that he has my best interest in mind. I told him my concerns and want to avoid any surprise later on. I simply want to have an all inclusive bid. Rob went to roof and attic again and spent more time to make sure that he give me the bid is correct. In the end, Rob provided me an all inclusive bid. They are bit high than other bids, but since it is all inclusive and I am sold by Rob's knowledge and your company's reputation. I went with his bid. The job started on time, the crew on the job are highly professional. They removed the old roof and installed new roof very quickly and clean up everything. They did amazing job. It was in raining day, I am so happy they did the job in 1.5 day. so that there is no issue during the the raining days. After the job, they did very thorough clean ups. Everything is beyond my expectation. I am highly recommend them to anymore who needs a roof job.

Very courteous ad thorough estimator. Had a couple different product lines to choose from, which gave use the choice of saving some money without affecting the quality of work. The crew came out promptly and were done in 2 days, beating the changing weather. The clean up was superb and ongoing during the entire roofing job.
