The tean was very efficient and fast. They worked every day from eight to eight and did a site clean up every night before leaving. My roof had unique challenges that was noticed by the salesman and entered in the cost estimate so no surprises. I would strongly recommemnd Pro Roofi ng NW to anyone looking for a great job at a very fair price.

I live in log cabin style house. My roof has always been cedar shakes. I have gone thru 3 roofs. In time they all get mossy And start to deterate. I ve always wanted a metal roof. I had seen Pro Roofing trucks in the area so I decided to call them. A representave came by. He was friendly & informative. I was amazed at all the colors and styles. I picked a color. He gave me a quote I felt was fair. He gave me a date of instulation, The roof was on in no time at all. The crew was professional and to my complete satisfaction, very happy. A job well done.

Detailed oriented

We hired Pro Roofing NW, Inc. to replace our old cedar roof with 3/4â treated cedar shake roof. The project manager was very professional. He explained to us the process and the sequence of the project, making sure that the interior of the house was never exposed to the elements. He was available to answer all our questions. The foreman and his crew were experienced. They knew what they were doing and did the work very very efficiently, working around inclement weather conditions. The sales rep was very hard to reach. After many calls and unanswered e-mails, I finally called the office and talked to the office manager. She gave me the starting date, sent me a list of similar jobs they did in our area and a sample of the shingles to be used. She was always very helpful, friendly and prompt. The roof is done and we are pleased.

Project was to fix a leak associated with roof safety anchors - ProRoofing did by far the most thorough inspection out of 4 contractors, and in the process found additional significant issues with loose and missing shingles as well as leaky sky lights and damaged/leaky exhaust pipe covers. The replacement / repair work was done quickly and appears to have been done well - no additional leaking yet observed after a rainy 2 months. My only issue is with the final price - repairs appear to be priced not so much as a function of time and materials, but rather priced more relative to a full roof replacement.

The management side and cost savings were great in the short term. Some of the crew, however, are quite sloppy and corner-cutting if not supervised. The manager came and finished the work they missed but couldn't touch up all of the siding damage caused by wild roofing hammer swings. Painting/replacement costs added onto the roofing still came in less than the other bids so we did save and the roof itself was a well-done finished product.

What a surprise to return from vacation and see our roof already done! We didn’t expect Pro Roofing to get around to us until we returned. The roof looks great and the neighbors said it was done in just one day. Pro Roofing was professional from beginning to end. John climbed on the roof to inspect the old roof, walked around the house looking at the gutters. Then he checked the garage. He found a leak in the garage that we had yet not noticed. He sat down with us thoroughly explaining the products they would use and the guarantee. Instead of talking the whole time to my husband, John looked to me for my opinion as well. I found this very refreshing; so often sales people act as if women have no roll in a house’s repair or upgrade. We didn’t make our decision right away. We took four bids and got back to John several weeks later. John came back to the house to schedule the job and review our choices. What a wonderful representative to work with. The finished roof looks so neat and clean. The color is perfect. My husband would have been happy just putting on the same color as the old roof, but the new color really does make a difference. If we had been in town when the roof was done we would have had them put on new gutters too. Next summer we will call Pro Roofing back to do those gutters. Proroofing did a great job installing my roof. From hiring to job completion took less than 2 weeks. They had the roof installed and replaced 2 skylights in 1 day and everything looks great.

My roof was scheduled to be renewed on a Moday 9:00AM. I got a call on Monday 8:50AM they were not going to be there since another job had to be finished. Really! They did manage to deliver the lumber on Monday and dropped it in the middle of the wrong side of the driveway. After this rough start, things progessed well. I am satisfied with the job except for a few trim pieces that will be fixed at a later date. Ryan was prompt, professional and courteous throughout the process.

Their website was impressive! That got them in the door. Their sales presentation from John Borbridge was very detailed and helpful. John had the answers for all my questions and concerns. The work crew that showed up was fast and professional. The foreman answered all my questions. I had the roof and gutters and 4 skylights replaced. Very happy I chose Pro Roofing. I had bids from two other roofing contractors. The prices were all very close so what sold me was the detail involved in their presentation and bid. I would highly recommend them.

Professional, honest, fast

Prompt and efficient. Did a great job. In fact, was so good we contracted with him to do all the gutters on another, larger and more complicated job!
