Description of Work: They were fabulous from explanations and estimate, do doing the work (involved rebuilding a chimney) with scaffolding, to extra tuck-pointing on other brick exterior at no extra cost, to being safe to clean-up. Very highly recommended.

Description of Work: Replaced an entire chimney, tearing down the old one and building a new one. They also did some touchup work on the indoor masonry for no extra charge. They were friendly, professional and the work appears to be excellent.

Description of Work: Premier tuck pointed two chimneys for me. There was a minor schedule issue with one of the crew being deployed (certainly not their fault). | |They were clean, thorough and matched the mortar really well. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

Description of Work: Retained them to perform some chimney top work, including supply and installation of a rotating, "helmut" type cap and rebuilding of some of the concrete top to the brick chimney that had weathered over time. | |The work went fine. They were efficient and punctual. We will carefully monitor fireplace performance over coming months and years, but I have confidence that they will follow-up if there are any issues remaining.

TECHNICIAN SHOWED UP ON TIME. HE WAS ORGANIZED AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. HE WAVED THE GENERAL INSPECTION FEE AND ONLY BILLED ME FOR THE CAP INSTALLATION.
Description of Work: CALLED FOR INSPECTION OF CHIMNEY, AS IT HAD NOT BEEN USED IN QUITE AWHILE. THE TECHNICIAN DETERMINED CHIMNEY WAS IN GOOD WORKING ORDER, BUT WAS STARTING TO SHOW SIGNS OF AGE. TECHNICIAN RECOMMENDED INSTALLATION OF STAINLESS STEEL CHIMNEY CAPS. I CHOSE TO HAVE CAPS INSTALLED.
